Have visited this Zaks Waterside restaurant (Mousehold Heath site) many times over the past few years and have never had a bad meal or poor service. That is more I can say for many other restaurants I have eaten in.
Overall this chain of restaurants still remain good value for money, the food is still good and you get a good portion of food at the same time.
