Had Problem With Change
i had to face many problems with changing the shoes which was less than 1 number of my usual number.
Never Ordering Fro Dp Again !
So... it looks like I'm just one of many who have returned items and haven't received a refund .
I sent my return on the 22 December via Hermes ( who are also shocking ..they have lost 2 other of my returns and one order from other companies) .
Hermes have not updated tracking and seem to have lost my return .
I won't be ordering from sites who use Hermes again either .
I've emailed Dorothy Perkins 4 times and no further with my refund .
You can't contact by phone either ..just email .
Some companies use covid as an excuse for poor customer service ...looks like DP is one of them.

Beverley Branch, Yorkshire. Customer Service Terrible!
Visited Beverley today.Popped into Dorothy Perkins. Young sales assistant very helpful saying we could reserve a coat for 2hours behind the counter, but when approaching counter a male Manager with attitude said no we don't reserve sale items, so rude! Put the item straight back on rail & left disgusted. Dorothy Perkins is that

Non Existant Customer Service - Do Not Buy Online !!
Ordered shoes online from Dorothy Perkins who decided to deduct the money twice ! No response to emails, nobody seems to answer the telephone either as you will always be on hold for at least 30 minutes.
The sooner this business goes bust the better as it is run very unprofessionally.

Sent two email to the CEO with regards to a complaint and never got a response to either. Didn't even get a response from their customer complaints department either. Just show how they value you as a customer.

Ordered On Line - Sent Back - Incorrect Refund -
I ordered items on line. Sent back the unwanted items back and adhered to all of their terms and conditions. They have only refunded for two items out of the 7 times that were sent back. This was on the 11 th January. Now it is the 28 th January. You can't get through to their customer services. I tried emailing and the template response was to take it back to top shop? But iv already sent the items back. Now on hold, have tried emailing again. When it goes wrong like in my case there seems no way to sort it out. Save your money and your time shop somewhere else. I like their clothes but the postal returns when it goes wrong you can't seem to sort it out.
ok now i am being told that even though my on line account shows a refund for two of the items. It is not actually a refund. And they don't know why it is showing on my online account. None of the items have been refunded. I need to wait 28 days and if no refund by then, then I have to email my postal receipt to them and they they will look at refunding the items. If you read my review you can decide for yourself if you would like to use this service.
iv called and been told it could take up to 28 days for a refund. They are not able to explain what they delay is.

I shop in this store often and always find items in my size (18) everything fits well not always does it suit me but thats down to how it looks on me rather than the store. I have just purchased an item online for the first time and it fits well and looks nice, was fast delivery too so Im happy.

Shocking Customer Service
Staff at Alfreton store in Derbyshire have an appalling attitude, I have to buy on line as they do not stock my size in store and once I returned items I was told "you should return these on line, you're putting us out of jobs". recently went in to hear 2 staff members who thought I couldn't hear stating "she returns everything". Still waiting a week later for a manager to call me about this from "customer services". Seems customer service is bad across the board with this company!

Thank you Dorothy Perkins for helping me return the item by providing a return number in my place and for returning the money into my account in less then 5 days. My panic was not justified.
