Bad Quality Bad Service

purchased a pair of 79.95 black jeans for work from bondi junction david jones,Wore the product 5 to 6 times in the space of 3 months and had washed twice.

The jean pretty much tore off me the whole band where the belt connect separated from the rest of the material.BAD QUALITY!!!

When I went to ask to get them changed over the sales assistant basically said id had them for 3 months so they coudnt do anything and to speak to her manager the next day.

I just felt like they didn't want to help me what so ever.

Will not be returning due to the terrible quality and terrible service.

Pathetic Service

I recently ordered a jacket from TopShop . ( International order )

I waited over a month for my order and still didn't receive it . ( I was told I could not track my order either ) .

I then asked for a refund . A proof of payment wasn't asked for from me ( to see how much I was charged in my currency )

I only received half of my refund .

the customer service is useless .

I would advise people to not buy from this Company .

Extra Charges From Online Shipping

I ordered a few items online from top shop (Canada) and assumed that they had converted the dollar amount. When the charges came through however, due to the currency exchange, they charged me almost double the amount I thought they would. Although this was partially my fault, this isn't all that happened. The shipping was claimed to be free since I spent over a certain amount. When it got shipped to my house however, they charged me an extra $58.24 out of no where for "custom duty".

So long story short my $83 cart online ACTUALLY cost me $223.24

Worst Customer Service By Far

Ordered a dressing gown for winter evenings on October 28th move forward to November 20th still no dressing gown £32 down. When an email is sent to the non existent customer service sends a generic acknowledgement 2 days later with a generic response issued a further 2 days after that. Said they can't discuss the case with me as I'm not the card holder...... Yes I am, gobshites. Because their idiotic system uses past credit card details as default, they won't discuss my credit card transaction with me. Their system failures are ridiculous, the details paypal sent back to them are mine. Filed a PayPal claim, shop anywhere but here, they are swines.

Great Customer Service At Cambridge And Cardiff Top Shops

My daughter lost her lovely size 6 grey flecked jacket with zip on the New York subway. No more coats of this size left in UK, would you believe, after having been on sale for just a few weeks! I contacted Cambridge Top Shop which had one in stock. Really helpful shop assistant came to the rescue and ensured that the coat got delivered to our Cardiff Top Shop. Team leader coordinated in Cardiff and promptly phoned us when the coat arrived in store for pick up.

Couldn't have asked for more. Proves that excellent customer service still exists. Thanks to all concerned.

Frightened To Go In This Overpriced, Awful Shop

This shop is the most horrible shop I have ever been in. Every single time I have walked in there the girls on the counter have glared me up and down, laughed at me, refused to help me and sneered at other customers. I have even heard the remarking "this shop doesn't make sizes for big people like you" to one lady whom was asking for a size 12, which they make! They are rude, unhelpful, aggressive and very nasty in there for no reason and act as though everyone is beneath them.

The clothes are of HORRIFYING quality, the several items I have bought I have had to hand wash in cold water as other items that were labelled for a regular wash were utterly destroyed in the normal wash, they shrink, go thin, out of shape and lose all colour, not to mention horrific bobbling on a month old t-shirt!

I am a size 8 UK and in this shop it's either enormously big, or far too small. A petite t-shirt should NOT drown someone of 5'5 it shouldn't even fit me, but a size UK 4 petite is enormous yet I can't fit into their "regular" clothing jeans in a size 12 they are so misshapen and tight. Nothing lasts, nothing fits right and nothing is of any sort of quality deserving of the price.

The layout is a mess, it's hard to find things and the store is never tidy, they cram so many things onto one rack you can't even look through them without half the wall crashing down dangerously around you.

The way I have been looked at, spoken to and laughed at in Topshop makes me feel sick with anger. I don't know how this shop isn't in administration and fully shut down the way they treat their customers and overprice everything.

The Worst Customer Service Ever

very frustrating lack to response to a problem with an order.

I will never order from TopSHop again. Returns are difficult, my account was locked out, no response to my request for a new one...I have been begging TOPSHOP for help with this return and refund. I don't want to keep a $72 swimsuit that does not fit. It's been 2 weeks, so I've been more than patient. I get automated responses that say "due to high call volume, it may take 72 hours to get back to you". And, they have the nerve to tell me that I only have 14 days to return my order. I've wasted 14 days trying to get the return number and a label. STILL NOT RESOLVED>

awful customer service!! I ordered a two playsuits for express delivery that did not come on time to the store were i asked them to be delivered. The staff found it hilarious and told me they could not help me in anyway unless I bought something else. When i picked up the package that arrived serval days late I wanted to return it as it hadn't come in time and was told I needed to send it off as they couldn't return it instore with it being a concession so i have done this and still no refund so no playsuits and £100 down. I have been in contact with customer service who told me they could refund me the postage but mentioned nothing about the playsuits not beingf refunded.

why sell a concession at topshop if you cannot be responsible for it

I had a similar problem. I ordered two dresses which were also concessions, so could only be refunded buy post. I sent them both back as i changed my mind and after a month i got my first refund back for one dress and i am still waiting for my next refund. The same thing happened with customer service, they would answer anything else except the question about my second refund. They have very poor customer service. I am never going to buy from them online again.

Online Sales Cheating

I tried to order 2 items on Top Shop website and pay with my debit card. After I entered the payment details and authentication, the system prompted me that the order was decline and I need to contact my card issuer. To my surprise, the bank told me the payment was duly authorised! I found it's a cheating! I have not got reply from Top Shop. This case happens to my friends as well.

Everything Is Ok

I bought a pair of shoes with free delivery promotion applied to international purchase and the item came late (took 3 weeks) but probably it's because of the tax declaration process at local post office. The shoes are very nice, good value of money and I am very satisfied in general, just wish the tax of 40% does not exist but it's compulsory for international purchase anyway.
