Burberry Her Perfume

Pretty, fresh, clean, youthful, girly.

I’m wearing this today, so I thought I’d review it. On the opening, I get a blast of mixed berries. I was hoping the strawberry would stand out to me, but alas it does not. The berries are fleeting & I’m left with a sweet, powdery, musk scent. I think it’s an easy to wear fragrance & I reach for it when I don’t want to smell like I’m wearing perfume.

Unbelievably Rude And Unaccomodating

The product absorbed dye from another designer handbag just sitting in my closet, and they refused to do anything about it. The main office told me make the 2 hour trip to a branch so they could see the bag and sent in for repair and that something would be done. Not only were the sale people rude and snobby, but their product is completely overrated. Their designs have deteriorated over the past couple of years as well, making their products less detailed and more about high end prices, which is fine, if you stood behind your product. But sadly Burberry fails on every point in this department. I would have thought they would have stood behind this expensive product for the minor and completely unwarranted type of damage the bag incurred just from sitting in a closet. Their reason for why the bag could not be repaired was completely bogus. They said they did not have the canvas (their own Haymarket check plastic they produce) to repair the bag. I won't be giving them more business nor would I ever sport another Burberry. I will think poorly now when I see this Haymarket check and remember back to my awful experience of how poorly I was treated.

Fake(?) Burberry Brand

Please be aware to read the review before you are committed to buy the product under Burberry logo. I bought a jacket for $150.00 based on the look at the website. At first I was surprise that the credit card was cashed in China. After sometimes (mote than a month) I received the jecket that was way too small for a Large size, and the material is not at all the same as the picture posted at Burberry.com, it was plastic material almost like trash bag. There is no indication of any return address. I blasted the website with my email, there is no reply. I wonder if this website is the original Burberry brand name or another fake one like those Rolex watch...

Since I cannot return my jacket, I learned my lesson, I can only warn customers out there, please think twice if you want buy Burberry brand from the internet.

Polo Shirts Bad Material

I have been buying burburry polo shirts but recently the fabric material is not good it got shrinked and it faded from underarm area even I am using the same deodorant on all other shirts they are fine but now I called burrbury customer service and went to NYC store but they totally ignored the problem I would recommend not to buy there polo shirts at all you may also experience the same problem

Horrible Gift Return Policy!! Nonexistent.

Received a cashmere scarf from my boss. Emailed Burberry regarding return policy. Was told that item must be returned by purchaser, refund will be given in the same way that payment was made, must be done within 30 days. So, basically, if you receive a gift from Burberry, it is not possible to return it. I didn't want to insult my boss by telling him I did not like his gift, so I am stuck with a $400 scarf that I will not wear. They DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANYTHING BACK!!! Makes me wonder how solvent this company is.

I just went through the return policy with a gift from my son. Do not bother with this company, the products ar NOT better than others, they are relying on an overinflated brand name taht is no longer worth a &@//.

Terrible Service, Insulted In Front Of Other People

I bought a dress there but the dress did not fit so I wanted to return it. The staffs ( including the manager)were kind of insulting me by saying the dress smelled bad and didn't give me the refund. It was not clear to me that it was because of that dress or they said what they said because of the colour of my skin? I asked them to compare it with others in store but they took one in stockroom to compare. Of course a new dress from stockroom smelled differently from an opened, on the hanger. However they still smelled the same so they tried to find some stupid marks on the dress and blame it on me. They even asked me to go to a quiet area to talk to them so other customers can't hear us. If they don't want others to hear then don't treat me (the customer) like that in the first place.I know that clothes at outlets might have mistakes or marks or outdated but thats why they are sold at cheaper prices. I know Burberry is well known for quality and service but with this kind of customer service ( even in an outlet) I don't know how further they can go in business with this kind of customer service? I really hope that someone from higher level of management could look into this incident and at least do something about it. Regards.

I'm Surprised To See That I'm Not The Only One Hav

I'm surprised to see that I'm not the only one having poor customer service with Burberry.com, but feel validated for feeling outraged. They do take forever to process returns, and in one instance, they told me I returned an item too late because the timeline starts when the item leaves the warehouse. I assumed the clock starts ticking when I actually have the item in my possession.

In addition, I purchased a coat for 1800.00 and I was amazed when they told me that they can't furnish a coat bag. I've gotten coat bags for coats costing a fraction of this price!!

Burberry.com Has The Worst Customer Services I've

Burberry.com has the worst customer services I've ever come across. They have totally messed up my order. They are unable to change a size of an order when you have placed it that day and called up within 30 minutes to ask this. They say they don't take the money until the item is dispatched not true; they freeze the amount of the order off your account at time of ordering. I now have £500 frozen on my account by them and an order which is supposed to be cancelled and all I get from them is we have not taken any money but they cant seem to understand that the money has been allocated to them already. And all I wanted to do was change the size of the item. Their customer services do not seem to know what they are doing and they still have not confirmed to me that the order has been cancelled and the still have not un-frozen the order amount off my account. Don't touch them.

I Purchased A Gift On Burberry.com, I Had To Retur

I purchased a gift on Burberry.com, I had to return the gift and it was the worst online experience I ever had. Their return process takes for ever. I returned the item back to them using the return label they ship you. First of all it took them 14 days to get it and after they get it, they claim it will take another 14 days to process the refund. I returned the bag on July 28th and os of today, August 23rd I have not received a refund!! Will never buy on Burberry.com, is better to shop directly at the store.

Many Of My Female Friends And Relatives Are Loyal

Many of my female friends and relatives are loyal burberry clients and I have purchased a few items there myself. Usually, I get my sunglasses from Burberry as I like their style. However, a recent experience with poorly made sunglasses has absolutely convinced me to NEVER buy any items from them again and I will be avidly working to convince my friends and relatives to go elsewhere. BE WARNED - if you ever run into any problems with a Burberry product you are absolutely ON YOUR OWN. Don't even waste your time trying to go to the store because all they will give you is a 800 number for you to go figure it out and PAY to have a BROKEN PRODUCT fixed!
