Beware!!! French Plates
French classic plates are not in French font!!!! They are a joke!!

Excellent service from the polite and knowledgeble lady who took my order by 'phone. Plates arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. Highly recommended.

We were slightly worried about ordering plates on line for an Irish registered car in France from a company in the UK. Everything went extremely smoothly and I particularly liked their little note thanking us for our business.

I needed a "specialist" plate for my TVR. The numberplate lights are behind the plate so it needs to be translucent. Craigsplates do them so i ordered it.
It arrived with one corner snapped clean off. It was "packaged" in a jiffy bag. No strengthening material just a plain jiffy white envelope.
No wonder it broke in the post.
I e-mailed them AND used their online contact form and sent pictures.............and then waited...
I had a ticket from the police for the fact that my current numberplate (non translucent) didn't light up at night so I needed a plate in a hurry.
Days later they reply to say I have to send the plate back so they can claim of their courier and then they'll send a replacement.
Not at all ideal, and not good enough. Their inadequate packaging caused the issue and then they want me to wait for them to make a claim before sending a replacement?
I didn't have the luxury of the time needed as i had a ticket to clear so I bought a replacement elsewhere.
Terrible customer service!
have had similar issue - no one wants to help, even sent an email direct to owner (just look up who owns the domain) - again, nothing.
