Stoplock Ultima

After a neighbour's car was broken into I decided that I should invest in some car security and chose the Stoplock Ultima Steering wheel lock.

It is bright yellow with a large flashing red LED on it which is designed to put off would be thieves, (the salesman from halfords told me that no matter how good or bad your wheel lock is your car is half as likely to be broken into just by having one fitted) it also fits well over my cars airbag, in the past steering locks have been a bit of a tight fit.

No one has attempted to steel my car so I cant tell you from my own experience how good the lock is at stopping thieves but it is made from hardened steel and I have read somewhere that it will take a serious thief about 117 seconds to break through it, although this doesn't sound great it is one of the highest times I have seen around and compared to some locks that only offer about 4 seconds of protection it is an eternity.

I am very pleased with my steering lock and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
