St Tropez Self Tan Spray

I have had an itchy. Pimple looking rash on my shoulders, chest & back after using this product. It is also taking forever to heal. Not sure what to do it sucks to have a rash during the summer. Not able to swim with kids etc. the color looked looked great at first but the rash following it was not worth it. I

Applied the tan last night, washed it off this morning and it's now 2pm and I'm covered in a nettle-like rash!!!!!! It's itchy and sore and I'm fuming because I'm supposed to be going out tonight and if it doesn't go I won't be leaving the house! I've applied a thick cream and took allergy tablets but apparently it will take over a week to go!!! I've read so bad many reviews about this product I can't understand why it's still on the market!!!!!!!!!! So angry

Ive been using st moriz and decided to go for st tropez! thought it was amazing for the first 24 hours but then noticed my arms come up in this red bumpy itchy rash! woke up this morning and my backs itching too! So disappointed because I don't have sensitive skin.

It's very expensive compared to others on the market. The colour is nice however, difficult to apply yourself. I have purchased this item twice now and both times the mechanism has failed, resulting in half a tin of product with no way of getting it out!!! I did approach st tropez via their website but they weren't interested in rectifying the problem. I definitely won't be buying this product again.

I have been used to using harsh creams on the tanning beds and fake tan my skin can cope with alot. Last week I went to a well known chemist bought St Tropez Spray tan, i have used this before but the bottle had changed before was white new one blue. That nigh I scrubed up and sprayed on great but not for long, in the morning it looked as if i had done 12mins on the beds my face and sholders were bright red and very itchy! Looks like i have been burnt! After reading the above reviews iam going to write and complain to St Tropez I hope you all do the same!

I've been a Mystic Tan lotion user for years with no problems. It was time for me to place a new order and I read so many rave reviews on St. Tropez that I decided to give it a shot. Once I rec'd it, I put it on everywhere from the waist up. The next morning I woke up scratching my face. Now, two days later, my face/ears/neck are still swollen, red and super itchy. And on top of that, my chest has broken out too. I didn't have any reaction on my arms or legs (other than a beautiful tan). Aside from having to see a doctor, I thought this product was fine. The scent is an overwhelming rose smell too. I'm going to stick with Mystic Tan. I would recommend St. Tropez but to use with caution!

Further to my review of 10th July 10, I attended A&E that morning and the emergency doctor immediately prescribed a 5 day course of Steroid tablets, anti-hystamine and hydrocortisone cream.

It is now Tuesday and the symptoms are just starting to improve.

I will never have a St Tropez tan again and I urge anybody considering one to undergo a patch test first, despite St Tropez stating that none is required due to the natural ingredients it contains.

If I had been getting married last weekend, the day would have been ruined. As it was, my Ladies Evening at the races was!

I had my first St Tropez spray tan on Wed evening. The very next day I started to develope a rash which now, Sat, covers most of my body. It is very itchy and completely driving me mad. Not sure what to do but calomine and aloe vera are helping a little.

Never Again!

This spray is so easy to apply (especially if you use the St Tropez mittens). It goes on smooth and dries very fast giving a lovely golden natural colour within a few hours. It developes even more as time goes on. My only critisism is that after a shower, most of it comes off so you would need to re-apply it every other day if you want a long lasting tan. I only use it for nights out or special occasions so it suits me fine! I have very fair skin and this colour is perfect for me. Never had a bad reaction and have been using it for years.

Loved the colour and the lack of smell, but like another reviewer, i was covered in a rash 24 hours later, not pleasant. And i dont suffer from sensitive skin so cant understand it.
