I've Got A 2005 Rs, Bought Used. I Gave It 3 Star

I've got a 2005 RS, bought used. I gave it 3 stars for reliability because I had to deal with some issues from the previous owner. But since they've all been fixed, I haven't had any issues so my rating will probably increase as long as I don't have any other problems. But the thing is a beast...it's lightning fast, handles like a dream, and is completley unique. If you want a head turner, this is the bike to get. The only other bikes that compare to its looks are MV Agusta and Ducati in my opinion. My #1 complaint about the design is that it's too tall. I'm 5'10" and my feet barely touch the ground. Also finding neutral is impossible if you're stopped, but if you do it while rolling, it's not hard. Rumors are they're designing a new Tornado that will have close to 200 hp!

Fair comments- i've got an '05 RS too, and it's fantastic!! Head turner- oh yes. This bike causes sore necks EVERYWHERE it goes! Unique- definitely. This is one truly amazing bike. 5 Stars all day long.

Wow, Wow, Wow! What A Great Bike. Have Owned From

wow, wow, wow! what a great bike. Have owned from new for 12 months now and am loving it. I went for the red one (apparently they're a bit faster!). Everyone stops to look at it, and to ask about the yellow fans.

If you want to stand out a little then buy one. Have fitted a GP style can to mine which has added a really loud note to the exhuast.

Bad bits - leaky brake cylinder (replaced under warenty). mirrors are useless (but look pretty). misbehaves around town and very heavy clutch (don't buy as a communter!)

It's not as up to date as the latest Blade, R1 or GSXR - but it looks and sounds like nothing else - and is still very fast

Always Wanted One Of These Stunning Bikes But Like

always wanted one of these stunning bikes but like so many were a bit undecided due to undeserved bad press by bike mags and doubts from jap bike owners, so i made the plunge and havent stopped grinning at the wonderful exhaust note and induction howl, the closest thing to a porsche on two wheels, go for it pick one up you wont regret it or want to sell it.

I Have Owned My Benelli Tornado For 5 Years Now Fr

I have owned my Benelli Tornado for 5 years now from new, having purchased 1 of the first in the country, I had some initial problems which required a new engine direct from Benelli, but the bike has not missed a beat since, I have toured Europe and have had over heating issues, it's fine all the time your on the move but if you get stuck in traffic in high temperatures it does have a tendency to overheat, but I tour with R1s and Gsxr and although they leave me on the straights, I can ride rings around them in the corners, another problem I have encountered in hot countries is when refueling if you fill to the top of the tank , then park the bike before moving on, the fuel expands and comes out of the overflow pipe, right in front of the back wheel, so watch out, I also own a Gsxr 06, and a few other bikes, but the Benelli is my first love, and the sound of the Arrow race can under full chat is amazing, I will never sell the bike, and if you want something different that stands out from the crowd then this is the bike to have, if you need more info on the pluses or negatives, then add a comment.

Since Buying The Benelli Tornado In June 06 I Have

Since buying the Benelli Tornado in June 06 I have done over 14000 miles. Spend lots of time talking to bikers at bike meets about the bike and them telling me how much they like one, but wouldn't buy one because of problems in the past, and talking to other bikers that don't have one?

I May Have Only Had This Bike For A Few Days But W

I may have only had this bike for a few days but What a Real Dream Machine! My last bike was a Triumph Daytona 955i which I always Loved even though there were numerous things I didn't like, e.g.- numb right hand after a while, numb bum the same, But this BENELLI TORNADO TRE 903 simply inspires confidence in everyway, I have managed to notch up several hundred miles in the few days I've had it and I can honestly say it is far more comfortable than my old bike, handles excellent, sticks to the road like glue and although I am not a knee down type of person this bike begs you to give it a try anfd already I am only a few millemeters from the edge of the tyre without even trying, and these 190 rear Dunlops are very good. Top Notch Brakes and suspension! The bike just simply Burbles when you open up especially from about 7,000rpm upto the red line of 11,5000rpm, truly inspiring, needless to say I am well impressed.

I Own One Of The First Tre's, An 03 Model, I Bough

I own one of the first Tre's, an 03 model, I bought her 6 months ago with just over 3k miles on the clock. Since then I have managed to rack up over 2000 trouble free miles, not sure how I managed to make them all dry, but, we must have had a dry winter!

She never misses a beat, and has been utterly reliable from 300 mile rides out at the weekend to tootling through central London to the gym at the weekend.

The handling is sublime, the harder you push, the better it gets, its comfortable (don't believe what you read in the press), the induction noise and exhaust note are heavenly.

There is a growing dealership network and a great owners forum. If you want a bike that does more than take you from A to B, something that makes you grin no matter where you are doing on it, something that you cant pass in garage or drive without wanting to take it out for a spin.
