The Lime Tree, Didsbury

The food is the best we've had in Manchester. The staff are always attentive but never in your face, the wine list is impressive, and we always have a fantastic evening every time we go. The early bird menu is great value for money, and the desserts are to die for.

Love this place and will continue to go back to The Lime Tree as often as possible

I took a party of seven and ate a three course meal with wine and coffee for around £270. The menu is varied and interesting including fish meat and vegitarian dishes. Portions are typical in size for a modern restaurant but I didn't need to eat more. Those with a big appetite might go hungry (but the think about eating quality not quantity!)

The food was excellent, absolutely superb. It was served in good tome, not rushed and not to long. Given the number of people in the restaurant on a Monday night this is an eatery appreciated by many so book in advance fo the popular nights. Even so we didn't have to wait for service and the food was hot and fresh.

Highly recommended, go and try it!
