The size of their hosting has always been more than accommodating for the websites of small businesses that I host.

Any issues I've had have always been sorted out within a day - working or otherwise - and have been handled with care, courtesy and speed. New tickets have always been responded to within a few hours and the staff go above and beyond to help with issues.

They are a great host and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for webhosting.

I've been with this company for years and they offer a great service, on the very rare occasion that I need to use their support team the guys are fast and helpful.

I don't ask for much when it comes to hosting, to me it's more important to have a fast and reliable service and 4UH does supply this. There are cheaper options out there but they are not much cheaper and the service they provide cannot be compared to 4UH.

In short: good service, fast reliable hosting and on more than one occasion they have fixed my screw-ups.

I have been dealing with 4u for almost six years now for business use, and for personal use, and their service, as well as product is fantastic, and in my opinion unrivalled both in quality, and price.

The price is incredibly reasonable, and you are offered more bandwidth, storage, and MySQL DBs than any similar package from a comparable host.

I Have used 4uhosting.co.uk for about 5-7 years for my own work and for many clients. Always found them very quick and helpful in responding to tickets with any issues I have, which is usually down to just me having one of those days. The Hosting packages they offer are one of the best I can find, and the uptime, speed and bandwidth is superb. Also recommend them for magneto hosting.

We are a small London Company and have 15 websites all hosted by 4UH who also manage our 24 Domain names. Previously we used Webfussion for our requirements, but found that they did not understand the meaning of the English word “communication” but when we looked elsewhere, we were fortunate to find 4UH, who understood the meaning of the word “hassle” and avoids it at all time.

Any query or requests we make have been dealt with exceptionally promptly and efficiently and 4UH have always cooperated and helped with all our requirements.

I have been using 4U Hosting since early 2006 for the majority of my hosting needs and found them reliable and very helpful. I have a range of different types of sites on their servers from simple static sites to sites that allow community interaction and find that both work well. I would certainly recommend 4u hosting to anyone who's requirements can be met by using shared servers.

The only downside is that they do not offer windows servers with ASP etc. so when this is called for I have to use alternative hosting providers.

For various reasons, I had neglected my 4uhosting account and my website had gone offline due to non-payment of invoice.

After about a year of not needing the website, It just so happened that I needed it once more. I couldn't find any personal backups I had taken of the website contents and thought I would have to start from scratch.

I opened a ticket with the helpdesk explaining that I would like to reinstate the website services if possible.

Within 2 hours I had my old website back up and running. Unbelievable.
