Wheels And Tyres

We order regularly from Wolfrace.

I have always found the advisor there a delight to deal with, and great customer service and efficiency.

I would highly recommend using the company.

We sometimes have difficulty with stock items, but other than that a absolute please to deal with.

Many thanks

Shocking Quality

Wheels looks fantastic at first.

After just one year (just after warranty) one started peeling.

Now two years later ALL 4 wheels look horrific, the lacquer is coming off all over them and are pretty embarrassing to look at.

Sadly I don't have the money to replace them again.

If you try to ring or email Wolfrace they will tell you they simply do not care.

Simple advice: do NOT buy Wolfrace.

Go Else Where

Had my Alloys less than 14 month and they look terrible, all black paint flaked off and started to go rusty.

Emailed Wolfrace direct with pictures and they haven't even took the time to repond.

Be warned don't buy their product, unless you want thrm to last less than a year.

Omg! Absolute Rubbish!!

I purchased a set of black gloss Wolfrace Assassin wheels from 'Demon Tweeks' for an Audi. After a few months I noticed tiny blisters covering the paintwork. I had no idea what the issue was, and it didn’t seem a huge problem at the time, but I continued to monitor the problem. The blisters continued to increase in size and after 12 months the clear coat started separating from the paintwork. A few months later the clear coat was non-existent. The wheels looked really scruffy.

I complained to Demon Tweeks but they weren’t interested, advising that the wheels were out of warranty. I later discovered that Demon Tweeks should have passed on to me the Wolfrace 2 year warranty – but I don’t think this would have mattered as, in any case, Wolfrace have an extremely poor reputation in honouring their warranty.

Realising that I would get nowhere with a claim I decided to have the wheels repainted by a highly respected and professional wheels refurbishing company. Shortly after delivering the car to them the company contacted me to advise that all 4 wheels were buckled with fractured spokes. The wheels had to be straightened in a furnace and welded. The cost was close to £700.

The company advised me that they had refurbished hundreds of Wolfrace wheels. They told me that the castings were of a poor quality manufactured in China.

You have been warned!!

Not Recommended - Denied A Warranty, Poor Customer Service

I had a serious problem with WOLFRACE. I have Grey Assassin Alloy Wheel - size: 8.5 x 20”. 2 out of 5 wheels broke after 9 months!!! Even though they have 4 years warranty!!! In one wheel 3 spikes cracked in half in the other wheel 2 spikes cracked. The car wasn't overloaded and used only on good roads with recommended tires. WOLFRACE denied to fix them under warranty. I think that information in their catalog about load index is not true. Very poor contact. For 6 months I was trying to work with them to find reasonable, peaceful solution. After that, they just stopped responding to my emails. I feel disregarded. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Never Buy Wolfrace Alloys

Wheels started peeling badly after 5 months.they are under warranty but expect me to take them off package them and post them over 400 miles away for inspection. Just leave it up on bricks shall I?

Terrible after sales care and very bad finish on the wheels. I will never ever recommend using this company
