I Love This Phone. My E600 Died Only Recently Afte
I love this phone. My e600 died only recently after 4 good reliable years. Going to replace it with a second-hand e600. Why would I want another model? Brilliant little phone.

The Samsung E600 Mobile Phone Is A Tad Misleading
The Samsung E600 mobile phone is a tad misleading to be honest. On looks I thought it was top class, but the features really aren't good! There is no bluetooth, and no MP3 player, which really hinders this phone. It has games which are average at best. It has video, but the quality is poor. However, the camera is okay. On looks I would give it 7/10, but for the features it scores a poor 4/10.
I would not recommend this phone to teenagers, but if you're older and looking for something a little flashy but simple, then go for it.

Samsung E600 - This Mobile Phone Is Good For Begin
Samsung E600 - This mobile phone is good for beginners looking for a phone with a good camera, is small and compact, hard wearing and has a spare battery. I've had a few mobile phones in the past and this one is definitely the best so far. The camera has several different effects and can be used to take photos of yourself using the phone flipped down and holding the side camera button. It's extremely useful for sending MMS messages as it's quick.

The Samsung E600 Is One Of The Best Looking Phones
The Samsung E600 is one of the best looking phones on the market, it is small and lightweight. The features on the phone though are a little disappointing except for the camera. The camera has many different modes, letting you have lots of fun. The videos that the phone records are of excellent quality however you cannot watch and hear the videos at the same time. The games that come on the handset are not of any good however it allows Java downloads so this can easily be rectified. Overall I would not want to put anyone off buying this phone but if you are looking for a phone that does everything this is not the one for you.

If I Were To Write A Review On Looks Alone, The Sa
If I were to write a review on looks alone, the Samsung E600 would come out tops. It's a fabulous looking phone, so good in fact, that I kept it even when I realised that you can't send video messages which is one of the reasons that I bought the phone in the first place!
The handset itself is compact and light weight, but unlike some other small phones which often feel cheap and flimsy, the Samsung E600 feels sturdy and high quality. It's definitely a phone that you'd feel proud to show off!
Though small on the outside, when you open it up, the buttons are a perfectly good size and not too small.
It has a dainty light on the outside that you can change the colour of to suit your mood, though at night when you are trying to sleep, you could liken it to strobe lighting and I have to remember to turn it face down!
Having said all of that, if you are a text addict, I would definitely not recommend this phone. It's complicated! I used to be able to text at high speed, but not on this phone.
One of several other reasons why, is that it's automatically set to capital letters and predictive text and though you can change this, every time you want to enter a number or punctuation mark you have to go to a new screen, and when you go back to the text it has reverted back to capitals and predictive! Also, if you change to lower case, all the buttons that you would normally use to enter punctuations etc, have changed to a different place! I find it very irritating when I text and as a result, I have hardly bothered as even for a text expert like me it seems to take me forever now.
I have also experienced problems with viewing my photo's. This phone has a multi-view function which is brilliant. It means you can flick through your pictures as fast as you like and don't have to wait an age like some phones I have had. The only problem is, that though I can view my photo's once, after that they turn into red and green splodges and can't be viewed again! The same goes with MMS's. Obviously this is a fault with my own handset and I assume that most of them work perfectly well.
The photo's, when I have been able to view them are crystal clear and much better quality than a lot of other phone's I have seen.
The video quality isn't bad, much better than my husbands last two Sony Ericssons, however the sound quality isn't great.
The other minor problems with mine are that the vibration has never worked and though you are supposed to be able to change the keypad tone, I can't!
Also, you can't do anything with the phone unless it's open. Even to look at the time you have to open and shut it!
The ring tones aren't great, and if you do literally want a 'ring' there isn't one. instead you can be alerted by the sound of someone opening and gulping down a fizzy drink, or birds tweeting and dogs barking, even water running! None of which by the way would be loud enough if you were in the middle of a noisy town! There are other musical melodies, all of which are truly mind numbingly awful!
I have had my phone for nearly a month and have now arranged to send it back. I've now ordered the silver Nokia 7610 instead. It's the only one I liked the look of, and hopefully it's got video messaging too.
Will I miss my Samsung? Well, I will miss it's little flashing light that you can change to any colour, pink in my case, and I will miss it's good looks, but apart from that, the answer would have to be no. However, if it wasn't for the problems with the pictures and texting, I definitely would not be sending it back.

If You're Looking For An Honest Review Of The Sams
If you're looking for an honest review of the Samsung E600 then dont miss this one. I have had my phone for 4 months so I know everything about it. I love my phone to bits everyone is always saying how cute it is and this is one of its best qualities. It fits so many things into its small size. It has a great quality VGA camera which is capable of taking videos. The videos are great quality but they can only be a maximum of about 30 seconds and cannot be sent to anyone. The photos what you take are all saved into one folder (which can be password protected along with MMS messages, videos, wallpapers, ringtones, etc.) which means that you have to flip through hundreds of them when looking for a certain picture. In super fine resolution I have saved about 56 pictures before it says "full" but even in economy mode the quality beats my 7250i by miles. Then I'm sure you could save hundreds. You can also take photos in many effect modes such as negative, black and white, etc. The phones two 65K screens (one on front and the other inside) are great quality. It makes brings up the callers photo and name in great quality but the wallpaper on the front screen cannot have one of your photos on it. The front screen can also be used with the camera and the side buttons become zoom and brightness settings. The ringtones are great quality and sound amazing but the preset ones aren't even worth talking about. There is a nature one which would make you want to throw the phone out the window if it rang on the bus!!! If you download your own ringtones from the Samsung fun club site then you get free ones after registering. Many of them have voices and I have saved loads. It accepts Nokia Midi ringtones too which sound a million times better on the e600.
Now though I'm gonna be a bit negative because the text messaging will make you want to run head first at a brick wall if you're in a hurry replying to a text. You might as well send it in the post it would be quicker! Firstly it starts off in T9 mode which is the dictionary (pointless invention) and it also starts in capitals which drives you mad. However after about 3 months I began to just use the dictionary and capital letters because it's too much of a faf otherwise. One bad thing about my phone in particular is that it keeps displaying "LIMITED SERVICE" which is very annoying and potentially dangerous. It stops the phone from receiving or making calls/ text messages, etc which could be bad in an emergency. Don't worry though I think this is just a problem on my phone. Overall I cannot fault it but if they changed the texting then Samsung would be onto a winner but it is the same on every Samsung I have seen. It beats the E700 by miles because that don't even have video and is a lot more expensive and is bigger. Buy this phone and you will not be sorry!!! I hope you found this review useful. Sorry it is so long!!!

One Of The Best Things About The Samsung Sgh E600
One of the best things about the Samsung SGH E600 phone has to be its camera, it's got matrix, multi, night time and self portrait shots on it, and the quality of the pictures are really good. The videos are also good but you can't really hear them, unless that's just me (I'm still learning how to use this). The battery life is brilliant, I only charged it 5 days ago and its still got bars left, my old phone used to die in 2 or 3 days.
At first texting was a problem as its set to T9 text and you have to press a key if you want to text normally and than another key to for uppercase and another key for lowercase. But as you change from T9 to upper, and then to lower all the other keys change and suddenly the key you thought that did the space doesn't any more, it's a different key. You have to learn all the different functions of each key for each way of texting (T9, upper or lower). It's a pain at first but you do get use to it. So if you like your texting, tell your friends it may take you a while to reply to their messages. If you do get this phone be prepared to spend some money on some descent ringtones as these ones are just bad, just really, really bad.
Another problem I find is that despite it has a colour screen on the front, you can't set any pictures to it, it only has 4 different colour backgrounds and within 10 seconds of closing your phone, the front screen goes off and you have to keep opening and closing it if you just want to know something like the time or date. What's the point in that? Why can't it just be kept on?
But if you do want a camera phone this one is pretty good. I haven't had any real problems with it, it does its job and more, plus it looks pretty good while doing so.

I've Bought It 1 Month Ago And I Am Very Happy Wit
I've bought it 1 month ago and I am very happy with it. It is small, stylish and compact so you can put it in every pocekt. It has two 65K displays, integrated camera, video, IrDa and so on. Slim baterry lasts 3-4 days what is great for phone with two color displays. Picuters & videos catched with camera are good quality. 64-polyphonic ringtones are very loud and clear. Only problem which I noticed is writing SMS. It is very comlicated and sometimes can be frustrating. So if you are SMS maniac, you better round this phone.
I think I won't change it, because it is a great tri-band phone for this value and I would highly recommend it.
