I placed a small order through e-bay and was advised it could take 5 days to arrive. 24 hours later i had my order in my hands and an hour later it was up and running. As it was only a small order i didn't expect such outstanding service. Just 24 hours to get my order from stock, package it and address it and finally post it. The packaging was perfect and the contents arrived safely and undamaged. I couldn't have had better service had my order been for many hundreds of pounds. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bigpockets to anyone.

I purchased a tablet device from this company they sold me a completely defective device I had to return it to them at my expense as they refused to arrange collection. The device was defective from the very beginning and should never have been sold in the first place. I am tried to get them to refund the sale as I was legally entitled to a refund and the cost of return carriage they refused and tried to blame me for their shoddy product. I am currently pursuing them through the small claims court right now their entire defence they submitted to the court is a complete pack of lies so this case will be pushed to a hearing at some point. This company is just a bunch of liars operating out a dodgy side building af a dingy garage. They lie habitually and has been seen here they post fake positive reviews of their company they are carpet baggers of the lowest order who think they are clever all they are doing now is just increasing their debt they owe to me which will be collected. They are just trying to pull fast ones and no one should purchase anything from this wretched company.

This company is nothing more than a bunch who just fob you off with every excuse one after the other. Bought a tablet from them and from day 1 the tablet has never worked properly. Kept in touch via email and even lately with a telephone call. Always been polite but they couldn't even be bothered after i requested to email me a returns postage label. That is how lazy, tight and inconsiderate they are.AVOID AVOID AVOID

I believe this company are under new management. Rang for info on a CCTV product and was greeted by a very helpful assistant. Answered all the queries I had. Really impressed. Purchased the product online from them and are absolutely amazed at the price. it was a a third of the price that Swann website were charging. Received it expedited delivery. Ordered Monday evening received it Wednesday afternoon. Absolutely brilliant. Works immediately - very impressed. Even came with the latest firmware already loaded on. Thank you big pockets, once again you've excelled!.

Item broke twice on return second time

Refusing refund then pretended I damaged the item never come across this type of dishonesty before and shocked by it

As a caution do not trust or use them as this is just taking money for faulty goods and then breaking a returned item and trying to discredit a very honest customer

It's now in the hands of small claims court

I have it on good authority that Bigpockets have closed down.I have used them for ages and i am quite surprised that the owners decided to close Bigpockets rather than SVP which to my mind is by far the weakest of the 3 companies from the same stable.UKDVDR appears to be the only one worth bothering with now,but the blank media market is in meltdown mode as hard drives and pen drives take over.RIP Bigpockets Great whilst it lasted

2 weeks ago they accepted my payment and i havent even had a dispatched email just the payment accepted one ordered for years with no issues not very impressed sent a few emails with no responce and the site is down, what a let down after years of loyalty!

I`ve used this site for years never had a problem until now.I ordered stuff nearly 2 weeks ago and I`m still waiting.As soon as I paid for the order I got the usual email saying my order had been dispatched to the warehouse.Now in normal circumstances I would get my order within 2 days of that dispatch.So after 2 days I tried to get on the site and got the message "Site Currently Under Maintenance".As I say I`ve now been waiting 2 weeks without answers.So I did a search to see if I could find any info and came across this site, to find lots of people having problems for a while.Looks like they`ve gotten as much money as possible and done a runner,because if my order had been dispatched to the warehouse,like they said,then I would have received it by now!

never had a problem with big pockets only now as the site has been down for a week now hurry up big pockets i need to order stuff

It seems that many low star reviews are from customers who have had faulty items. This obviously should not happen as the items should be fully tested before resale, however, I have used them for blank media and cases for many years without problems. The only gripe that I have is that when they send jewel cases, about 15% of them are smashed and unusable. Also delivery costs aren't that cheap.
