Sagem MYX5-2

I've also had this Sagem MYX5-2 phone for almost 6 years and I must say it was awesome at its time. It's very robust and reliable, but time has passed so you should look at other models. ;)

I had this Sagem MYX5-2 phone for about 5 years and its been everywhere with all other the world. It is extremely robust I have dropped it too many times to count and it still works fine (apart from scratches). It is a bit limted because it doesn't have a bluetooth and the camera is poor but if your buying this phone you'll probably just be after the basics so these flaws won't matter.

The Sagem MyX5-2 is a perfect mobile phone for all users, whether a business man or teenager. The phone is well built and very secure. The phone withstood a fall where I fell from my bike and landed on it, and I only cracked the case. The memory on this phone seems fairly limited, as I have filled the memory almost fully. Although, I have treated this phone with disrespect, it seems to still work as usual, and I hope it will continue to for a while longer yet. I bought this phone for a bargain price of £50, and at the time I got 2005 free texts due to the time of year. I would definitely recommend this phone and the manufacturer.

The Sagem MYX5-2 is a cute little phone with a good colour screen, good range of tones and good memory. Recommended. 8/10. Although the picture quality lets it down sometimes.

The Sagem MYX5-2 is a good quality mobile phone but not very stylish. Good points: infrared connection, easy to use, comfortable keybad, good sound, verryy long battery life.

Bad points: not too good camera (after some time lines start appearing when taking a picture) no usb and bluetooth, not stylish.

Its a good quality mobile and perfect if you are a bit clumsy because it's outside is made from rubber and it does not break easily.

Sagem MYX5-2 - I had this phone for three months without problem and was really enjoying it. I bought the phone while I was in Thailand, there was a software error in the phone and while I was sending a file via infra red it died. The phone would no longer turn on the following day the phone randomly turned itself on but I could no longer access 2 of the menu items it continued like this for 3 weeks until it died completely. After talking to the customer service department Sagem insisted that I must send it back to country of origin and they would not provide a international warranty.

The Sagem MYX5-2 is a great phone if you bash your phone about a bit and just don't really care about it and great sound. Does any one know the unlock code to put this phone from t-mobile on to o2 and vodaphone, thanks a lot. But the phone is a great phone.

For the paltry fee of £49.99 (I got mine in Dixons) the Sagem MYX 5 2 offers tremendous value for money. It is simple, compact and stylish in design with a large colour screen, an internal aerial which offers a strong signal, relatively light weight (92g), Infra-red connectivity which enables uploads and downloads from laptops and Java gaming. The camera is on a par with all the £80+ phones in the shops, the ringtones are hi-fi and there is even a mic in the base which allows the user to record audio/voice samples. The menu is simple to navigate and the keypad is easy to use - even for somebody like myself with big fat mansize thumbs. A rare inclusion with phones at this price is personal organiser - yet here we have one, as well as an alarm, currency converter and calculator. At the end of the day this phone looks like a Nokia but offers far better value.

Excellent recordings and picture quality, great colour screen and easy to use functions, the Sagem MYX5-2 is one of the best phones I've had!!
