Basic Reliable Value Service

I've used Hostroute to host our club website for around seven years and always found them to provide a basic but reliable service at a very reasonable price.

Would Definitely Recommend

I've been with Hostroute for several years and always experienced a high level of customer service. Over the last year or so I'm under the impression they have been taken over by another company who are upgrading their infrastructure and offering fast, up-to-date servers. Anytime I have had an issue my support request, regardless of the time of night or day, has been dealt with in minutes. I have never had to wait and always been provided with a decent level of information when requested.

I have dealt with a number of different hosting companies for my clients but none fail to impress me with the efficiency that Hostroute has and continues to deliver.

Poor Service And Terrible Hosting

These people are rubbish your server will be down for ages, We had to move the site because the server was down for 5 days straight and they said I should move the site and they would not even refund.

Best Avoided the cheapest is not the best.

Tech support really dont care that you may have a business to run it is a complete waste of time

Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience with Hostroute. I'm not aware of any incident that would have left your server down for 5 days, and I'm not aware of any other clients encountering this problem. Can you please drop us a support ticket, or call us 9am-11pm and we can take a look at the issue you've had?

After Moving From Namesco (expensive) To Online Ho

After moving from Namesco (expensive) to Online Hosters and for them to mess everything up, I came across HostRoute through a friend of mine. Since joining them in October 2010, I've had one outage for about 3 minutes. I'm really really happy with their customer service/support team as things are never too small or big for them.

I've just upgraded to one of their multiple domain accounts and they're even sorting my own specific bandwidth allocations (instead of 20G per site, they are making it 50G, 20G, and 3x10G). I've never known a company to go out their way for customers like these guys do... And the best thing... They're very reasonably priced!

Have Been With Hostroute For Almost 10 Years, Yes

Have been with Hostroute for almost 10 years, yes there was a bit of a purple patch a few years ago but that is now history and overall I am extremely happy with them. Reading the other reviews here, I honestly can't say I recognise the experience I have had in most of them.

I had a problem with emails couple of days ago, submitted a ticket late one evening, after couple of quick exchanges with support team once I'd got up the next morning was then fixed within hours. Would probably have been quicker if I'd been online myself to provide feedback they needed.

Give them a try, you'll be impressed.

These people are so slow at answering support tickets, If at all they are complete morons and I would recommend to stay well away unless you like dodgy servers and rubbish support.

They Are One Of The Worst Providers I Have Ever Co

They are one of the worst providers I have ever come across in 8 yaers of working professionally in this field. I simply want to pay for my domain, and they seem to have gone to incredible lengths to hire complete idiots to work in their support department.

I would recommend getting your eyes gouged out with acid, and committing suicide, before ever recommending someone to use the worlds most incompetant provider known in all history.

had to transfer my website.

Up To 2008, I Was A Complete Fan Of Hostroute And

Up to 2008, I was a complete fan of Hostroute and have had a Reseller package for some years.

Lately, Hostroute - or Ultraspeed as they are now - have lost my support.

Customer Service is appalling, with slow response times and often rude responses to serious problems. They would be well advised to educate their staff (not many of them) to actually read the support requests properly.

Suffice to say - we have moved our sites to another provider.
