No Refund, Avoid Purchasing From Mango

I used to like the brand and I ordered a dress. The dress arrived in a very poor condition, they didn't even bother to fold it before sending it. Without trying it, I sent it back on May 15 and since then I have been waiting for my refund.

I have contacted customer service several times -emails and calls-, sent them proofs but nothing happened, no updates from them. Never ordering again, it’s a waste of time and money.

Damaged Item, No Refund And Awful Customer Service

I wish I was rating them with no star! Awful service, I have received my order in the very bad condition, very dirty and damaged, they told me that they would refund me, and after a month of follow up and communications, they just ignored what they promised, no one listened, no escalate the problem and they said to my face that even their supervisor won’t get back to me at all! They said they don’t get in contact with the costumers! What kind of customer service is this!!! I did exactly what they told me and they refused to refund me! Do not purchase from them.

Worst customer experience ever.

I haven't receive my order, apparently when back to their warehouse. More than 10 days I have been waiting, no refund so far, neither their customer services are replying to my e-mails.

Definitely bad experience, Never ever buy something from them!

Disappointing Service

First order placed and goods received in perfect condition.

However, I attempted to place second order 29th May and my card was declined. I telephoned and the advisor said he could see my attempted order. He offered to order over the phone but again my card was declined (there is nothing wrong with my card or credit limit). The advisor asked me for an alternative email address and attempted to place the order again My card was again declined.

On 31st May I discovered that an amount of £85.97 was deducted from my account so I telephoned in and was advised that an order had been created but it had been cancelled. I was advised to check my account that day and ring back the following Monday.

I telephoned on 3rd June and asked either the order be reinstated as I had paid for it or money was returned to me.

I have now emailed three times and telephoned four times. It is one week since the money was taken from my account and yet I have received no goods, no credit and no communication.

Whilst the goods are lovely I would advise anyone against shopping online.

Avoid With Your Life

Been waiting for over 3 weeks now for a refund I am in the process of going through an onbudsman as why should they get away from giving refunds, I have tracked my parcel but there are no tracking details on royal mail tracker, I have sent millions of emails proof of posting, they have replied twice but still no refund, they are quick enough taking your money, just do not want to give it back

Still Waiting

I orderd a jacket from mango and was told it will take 2-6 working days. Its now been 2 weeks and still nothing. Not even an email and i havent been able to track my order either. This is the worst online store i have ever used. Im still not even sure whats going on... have i wasted money on something that will never arrive?

Worst Online Shopping Experience Of My Life

Worst online shopping experience of my life, I would highly recommend that noone should shop here. I ordered a very expensive item and not only did it arrive later than was stated but I was given someone else's order! I emailed them straight away, did not get a response from that for over a week; I've been calling them repeatedly every day for over 2 weeks now and the situation still hadn't been sorted. Every time I call they say they'll call me back but never do. Having not heard back from them in a while, I called them again and they said they needed me to confirm my address even though I've done that multiple times. After a while I got fed up and asked for my money to be returned and they said they can't because they don't know if my order is in transit or not - they literally have no idea where my order is! Extremely poor customer service and the situation has been handled very badly. Not only have they taken my money but they've caused me immense stress and anger and I haven't even got the item I bought to show for it!

Gift cards can't be used both online and in store which is ridiculous after talking on the phone about this they have taken a week to put my request through to swap it as apparently your not allowed to exchange it.

I Had Requested An Exchange Of Items Totalling App

I had requested an exchange of items totalling approx 16000 bucks the day I received my parcel because none of them fit. One of the shorts that i had ordered was very obviously mislabelled and atleast 2-3 sizes too big! I had only ordered from their site because of their 30-day return policy. It's been nearly a month and I STILL haven't heard from them despite sending 3 emails querying the delay. I'm a student and 16000 bucks is a lot of money for me. I want my money back. I will definitely not be ordering online from this store again! Shame because their clothes are so good. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MANGO! Feels like I've been shammed.

Poor Refund Policy

I returned a purchase for refund more than a week ago and have not received my refund. After sending 3 emails querying the delay I am yet to get a response from Mango. I will definitely not be ordering online from this store again!
