Crammed Like Sardines
We were very disappointed with Onur.We booked a return flight from Gatwick to Dalaman in August 2010 for June/July 2011.In April we received an email cancelling the outward flight.We did get our money back but had to pay a lot more money for our new flight.
The aircraft seating is very cramped with no room to move at all.We also had a woman in front who decided to recline her seat.You can imagine how much room we then had.
Would not fly with them ever again.

Very, Very Warm!
I have always complained of being cold when travelling by plane, but this flight was like a sauna. We all felt quite sick by the end of the flight. This was also due to being sat at the very back of the plane beside the toilets (can hear every flush!)with no leg room at all and I am only 5ft 4". A particularly bumpy flight ended with a rather scary landing and a cheer from the passengers when we finally stopped.
The return flight was so much better as I asked not to be seated at the back. There seemed to be a lot more leg room. Still very warm, but at least I was expecting it this time.
Baggage included but food and drinks expensive.

This flight would be fine if you -
- can hold your breath for 4 hrs (little or no air in the cabin)
- have no legs (no legroom)
- need no sensory stimulation (no entertainment)
- speak turkish (no English)
- know where you are going (cabin crew don't)
- good customer service annoying
- need to know the current price of every pack of cigs ever made at 7am (they tell you over the very loud pa system)

Onurair Should Be Called Nightmare,over 1 Hour Lat
onurair should be called nightmare,over 1 hour late from glasgow,cabin crew very unhappy never smile cabin is like an oven,out of turkey back to glasgow they let us stand at check-in for 50 mins before telling us the flight was delayed 6 hours so they put us up in there hotel with free water and 1 meal with nil communication for over 6 hours.8 hours later they took us back to dalaman airport where they told us our flight was leaving at 23.30,at 01.00 we were still waiting at departures with no gate number or an aircraft.no onurair rep could be found so you have to speak to the ever so friendly and helpfull(not),police who's reply was "maybe soon",eventually we left dalaman at 01.50.no communicationand constantly lied to regarding the flight.if you have a choice pay extra for a decent airline give this one a big big big body swerve.i will never use this airline again ohy3617/ohy3618 pay extra fly on time in comfort with a happy crew.

Flown with Onur Air many times and generally no complaints, but beware of high costs to buy refreshments when returning from Dalaman airport, also note that if you have not been to Turkey for 12 months and still have some of their currency it is out of date but apparently it can be exchanged at any of the national banks over there.

We Flew Return From Prestwick To Turkey Airbus. Le
We flew return from Prestwick to Turkey Airbus. Leg room was appalling. It appeared to be worse dnding on what side of the aircraft and how close to the ront of the Aircraft your seat was . My Wife measured it using the inflight magazine as a guide to estimate the space for legs and it appeared that on row 7 there was 2 inches diffirence between the left and right hand aisles. I am 6Ft tall and I must say the return flight was the worst I have ever experienced.Also as a family they culdnt sit us together. Prices of food and drink werent great.

flew with onur for the first time,outward flight had no delays,service was good,expensive to buy refreshments on board.Return journey was delayed by 1 hour with no reason given for this we also wasnt informed that there was gonna be a late departure. ordered refreshments from menu on board only to be told i was given wrong menu these prices were for turkish internal flights only i was then given another price list and told to order from that which was much more expensive.

i have just arrived back from bodrum flying with onurair and i thought they were great no delays plenty leg room,staff very friendly and helpfull overall a very pleasant flight.better than some other flights ive been on.pilot kept us updated.there is no entertainment on flight but you do know this before you book it so not a problem to me.planes very clean and comfortable.would defenetly fly with onurair again and reccomend them.

As I Always Say - You Get What You Pay For! We Pai
As I always say - you get what you pay for! We paid around £110 per person return to fly to Bodrum/Turkey and i have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The attendants were very well dressed, friendly & helpful. As for the plane itself it was comfortable, clean, with far more legroom than companies such as Airtours. They do not provide meals but they do offer snacks such as crisps, chocolate, soft drinks, some alcahol such as wine and beer. Slightly over priced for the snacks but alot cheaper than buying food and drink at Bodrum airport!!, cans of soft drink on flight are around 4 Euros compared to £5 which they were charging at the airport. There is no entertainment on the plane but if your the sort of person who needs the extras such as on flight meals/entertainment etc then pay more and fly with the likes of BA, but if you are looking for a friendly/safe airline which will get you from A-B for next to nothing then Onur Air would be the airline I would recommend, the flights were also on time which is always a bonus. I would definately fly with Onur Air again to Turkey.
