Aero California

I loved this airline because it as at great price but then all of a sudden the flights got cancelled. They should of at least given a warning. I flew from Tij to Colima and on my way back the flight was cancelled so I had to buy new tickets on Mexicana from Guadalajara to Tijuana.

Three round trip tickets paid for and since ALL flights have been cancelled there was no flight! No way to get a hold of them now. Website temporarily out of service. When I ring the phone hangs up after the recorded greeting.

Aero California canceled the flight on us and did not give our money back or accommodate us with another flight on another airline.Would not recommend.

Aero California: No flights on other airlines for two days followed by a flight home at three times the price. Vacation cancelled no money and a long drive home to nothern California in the rain. Ticket agents informed writer to send a letter to the airline.

In my opinion Aero California sucks, they were shut down for non compliance using old plane parts and shoddy repairs, my husband flew to Mexico on this airline now it will take him an extra week and a half to get back, because there are no flights available! He was put on a list, they won't give him back his money because of thier fault. I would advise to never fly this airline!

Aero California cancelled my flight four weeks before my travel date to Puerto Vallarta for Christmas.

Aero California - This was our first time using this airline. We had traveled to Baja only once before and traveled Mexicana Airlines. That flight was wonderful, but instead of 2 of us flying we now had the whole family (4) traveling with us. We needed to economize. If you're interested in getting to your destination and not necessarily the frills that come along on a major airline (hot meals, alcoholic beverages, etc.) Aero California is for you.
