Send out wrong size and then refused replacement or refund

Returned 3 dresses in 2 separate orders. They were received by Quiz on the 22nd Oct. I have proof of postage.

However I still haven’t received my refund.

I now have to wait a further 48 hours whilst they investigate even though I’ve sent numerous emails regarding these returns.

First time using this company and will not be using again .

I'm a crossdresser who shops in both male and female mode. I love Quiz clothes and have bought many items. There are two mature assistants one is very nice and the other is rude and sarcastic, on two occasions I've put the clothes back on the rail and walked out the shop after an unacceptable comment from the rude assistant. I will shop there again but only when the nice assistant is in the shop.

Avoid buying anything from quiz online !!! yesterday my daughter ordered a dress online you took the money out of the account but no confirmation email was received saying that you have received the order (but you took the money!!) i contacted you through messenger today which took forever for you to reply, eventually you said the money would be refunded back to my card within 5 days - yes five days !! This evening i ordered another dress and paid again extra for next day delivery and guess what no confirmation email saying you have received my order but the money has come out of my account - i am going to take this further to trading standards and the newspapers and will post all of social media and leave you terrible reviews online i will even take this to the police as what you are doing is taking peoples money without sending out goods - you have until 10am tomorrow morning to contact me through this message or messenger -

Returned 5 dresses which were bought for my Daughter, but they only refunded three leaving me £230 out of pocket! All five were in the same parcel, so they've obviously received it and they've signed for it undamaged so the two missing dresses must have been in there! Non-existent customer service, totally un-helpful. Going to a Solicitor today to take them to the Small Claims Court. I've NEVER had such shockingly poor service from any company before !!!

Quiz gave me an option to deliver my items to a shop, which i selected as i work full time hours.

I received an email to say they were unable to deliver my item. I had requested next day delivery. I called the shop to speak about my parcel and he advised they do not accept deliveries from Hermes.

My parcel was delivered to the flat above rather than to the address i selected.

On emailing quiz they have stated they are not liable as in their opinion it was delivered to the right address although my invoice says 81 and the delivery address is 81a

Im letting you all know that the advisers who speak with you( on email as quiz do not provide a contact number) are not helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR STUFF FROM HERE

I ordered a dress and confirmation came through telling me an email will be sent when dispatched well guess what? Nothing came. I’ve emailed them over and over again and now they are asking fir my signature ( now why would they need that if it hasn’t been dispatched also my signature could be used anywhere). They know they won’t send you order and just give you the run a round. Don’t order people’s or your money is lost. I’m going through debit card disputes now/ charge back. They are on the case and hopefully will pull the money from this rotten company and back into my account. Please do it this way peoples if they won’t refund you and it will have a negative impact on quiz’s own bank account and they may just pull the plug from this company. We hard working British people’s do not need this. Good luck people

The delivery of my order from Quiz was late and I recieved no response from the customer service team for over week when contacting them to find out where my parcel was and heard nothing till it was actually delivered.

The items arrived shoved unfolded into bags with no care in the world for how the customer would receive them. I ordered two of the same dress in different sizes and they were both shoved into the same bag.

I decided to return the items as they arrived too late for the event it was needed for and TO MAKE THINGS WORSE I ended up having to put a claim through on paypal to receive a refund as I had no response from customer care and no update on the status of my refund after a month!

Ridiculous. Will never ever shop with Quiz clothing ever again and advice others to avoid also. Never had a problem with online shopping before this. No apologies recieved either.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not order from online!!! I had my order sent to a nearby collection store, but was unable to collect it several times because I didn't have a barcode. Quiz finally admitted they had sent it by the wrong courier (how I have no idea). I was never able to collect/receive my order after 3 separate attempts of trying and it took them over a month and about 20 emails before they gave me a refund. I will be reporting them to the consumer ombudsman. They clearly have no idea how to operate as an online retailer and all they care about it taking your money and you receive nothing in return!
