Print was skewed. Delivery was late. Delivery also got caught in customs, they declared as 'office paper.' They weren't...Quality was poor. Scratch card numbering was wrong. After sales services was terrible. They over charged my card. They have offered nothing to fix the situation.

All day spent in chat to work out the details of an aparently simple business card, submitted print ready artwork that koolprint designer completely redid (seemingly badly) before submitting proof for approval. When I mentioned that the proof was unacceptable a new designer then was called in to submit my proof for approval... this took 5 minutes instead of the 4 hours that I waited previously. After approving the second proof, submitting my order my credit card was charged. It has been over one month, I still have not received the business card order yet. Would not recommend.

I ordered a simple security hologram sticker set from Koolprint UK www.koolprint.co.uk back in January and i'm still waiting despite the event I ordered them for, being held a month ago, my advise is to stay well clear from this company as they'll take your money and in my case mess you about big time.

I was fooled by the Koolprint.com website & their 24 hour online chat. I live in a time zone that is 6 hours behind the US west coast & found it great that the first time I went online & asked a few questions about a 33" x 79" rollaway banner that a real person was there to answer my questions. That got me in, but was the beginning of a nightmare. I should have realized after that when I went on again & asked a non-standard question that suddenly the person at the keyboard at the other end would go silent, or paste in a standard response that didn't relate to my question.

I looked online at their production & shipping schedule & mailed my artwork to them knowing that I was well within their timelines. I enclosed very specific timelines & a Californian shipping address for it to go to by a certain date so it could be used at a trade show. I eventually received an email from them with a proof for me to approve. Time was now running short as they took so long to send the proof, & I had sent them finished artwork. With my approval I sent my credit card information & again reminded them of my deadlines & the shipping details. The day before I left to attend the trade show I managed after approximately 15 telephone calls to get someone to answer instead of their answering machine. When they looked up my order he said that I had placed 2 orders & went silent when I was insistent that I'd only placed one. I explained my deadlines & asked for the order status. He promised to phone me back no matter what within 15 minutes. He did phone back approx 48 hours later after I had left. When I arrived in California for the trade show I received an email from my company informing me about the phone call to say that they would ship it next Monday. Unfortunately my trade show was on this Saturday & Sunday, so we had to do it without a banner.

I sent them a polite, but angry email telling them not to bother shipping it as I wouldn't be in the country to receive it & to refund my credit card. They replied a day later apologising & offering to refund my card or still ship the $300 banner & refund my card for half of this amount. I foolishly agreed to pay for half of it & receive it late if they would mail it by air to my overseas home. They still took a week to ship it & it arrived today. I have never seen anything so cheap as what they sent me. The aluminium frame was all bent up & broken from the trip & is totally unusable. The printed canvas surface has scratches on it that must have been there before it shipped as it was rolled up inside the frame. it is now over 2 weeks since I agreed for them to refund only $150, but they still haven't done that. I emailed them today & told them that if I don't see a full refund in 24 hours that I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

DON'T BE FOOLISH like me, stay away from Koolprint.com

I ordered something from this company back in July, paid for it and still have nothing to show for it, they ignore me now and will not answer my emails, respond in any way.

I am not going away though and have setup a website for fellow customers of koolprint who feel disatisfied at www.koolprintcomplaints.co.uk

I ordered from Koolprint UK in June. I haven't got the product yet! From what I have read on the Review Centre, it's not going to be great when or if it does arrive. I can't work out whether this company is just completely inept! They may be cheap, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Koolprint UK are relatively cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Customer Service never answers the phone! They said the order should take 16 to 18 days, and it's been over two months and the order still hasn't arrived. Their Live Chat simply refers me to their shipping department who are also unreachable.

This company has terrible turnaround time and horrible customer service!

I placed an order with Koolprint UK for a Corporate Identity package, and I must say, I am SO HAPPY with the results. The printing quality was great! I placed my order with their standard turnaround, but I received it within 2 weeks, and I was really surprised :)

They've done a great job. They have very friendly and professional representatives, and they were always there to help me out. Their free graphic design assistance was also great!

Koolprint UK hides behind a .co.uk website address, but it is actually based in Turkey or Pakistan or somewhere other than the UK!

I would never contemplate losing any more money with these people.

Koolprint is really a highly professional company in dealing with printing needs. I ordered my presentation folders from them and they were very professional from start to end. Free Designing is a really cool feature. The product quality was so nice and Live Support is just superb.

I thank koolprint for their professional and quality services.
