Never received my items and no refund!!! Customer service said they couldn't find the info of my order and couldn't do refund!!! 

I ordered twice in this shop, first time it was properly delivered to Russia, my second order was not. After contacting their costumer support I've got reply :,, As it has now been over 40 days since your order was sent, we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.,, I did not know about this time frame, moreover on their site they point on letting more time for delivery than expected! Feel myself quite cheated, moreover the reply was automated and in spite of standart phrase ,, we are sorry,, sounded more like that they are happy that it was my fault having waited almost 2 month instead of 40 days

I am still waiting for an order which should have been delivered 7 days ago, despite paying for next day delivery. I now want to cancel the order but the customer service is abysmal.

WAITED WAITED AND WAITED A TOTAL OF SIX WEEKS NEVER GOT WHAT I PAYED FOR WOW... HAD TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK HOPING THEY CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.. I CONTACTED THIS PLACE AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMS TO SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER WHAT THE HECK KIND OF BUSINESS IT THIS..LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEW PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO BE IN THE SAME SITUATION AS US .. THIS SUCKS!!

Good price and product. Will recommend to friends. Very quick delivery nicely packed and boxed.

I am currently going through Paypal to investigate for a refund, but I'm not expecting any resolution or refund from this company. After 30 days I never received my item. I contacted them multiple times, only to be told they can't help me. I filled out their claim form and everytime they responded telling me it was not accepted, but when I asked why they don't provide a response. They took my money and did not send my item. They did not help in trying to track the package (if they ever sent it) and they certainly did not provide me with any solution. They did give me one thing, lip service, they appeared to be helpful and friendly in their responses, but it's all a front for their racket.

Ordered on 9/10/2016. Never got the order. Website is unfriendly. All I got from them after asking a couple of times is your order was shipped.

Never order from them. They take your money and leave you in the cold.

I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews after I had ordered some GHD's, without tracking. However, they arrived on the exact day they said they would so I was very pleased in the end. I would buy from here again, but probably would track the order next time to save worrying about it.

Order I placed on 01/12 still not been delivered, despite showing as in stock. Had an email saying it was on special order with the supplier, which does not make sense to me. I rang them and was told the item is indeed in stock and that there must have been an error their side as to why it wasn't dispatched. But they also said they couldn't send the item out today, because the cause of the issue needed to be investigated! Bizarre - I've never had any issues with this company in the past, but I will not be using them again.

The items arrived leaking. I am surprised the bottle isn't sealed. Contacted CS many times, sent pictures. They only offered 20% refund. I asked them to arrange pick up for the items since postal won't accept leaking items. They stop responding to my requests....

There are so many bad reviews about this company online. I should checked before ordering from them.
