Don't Touch Them - Really Poor Quality And Service
ordered a sweater for winter and a new shirt that said it would be delayed until end October. When sweater didn't arrive I asked if they could send sweater sooner but they told me they would only send items together or I had to pay additional postage so as it was only a couple of weeks I decided to wait. 2 days before due they said shirt delayed until 5th December. No apology and still not prepared to send sweater on now that its colder and their fault. no response to my complaints and all this for the cost of postage so obviously they don't want to retain customers. Cancelled shirt and asked them to send sweater. again no apology or response to my complaint just cancellation notification. Delivery service was very good and I was informed about delivery but when i opened the pack the seater felt cheap and stretchy and it was obvious that it would lose shape very quickly plus there were two damaged areas where the material had been caught or finished poorly. You have to pay to return a well below standard product when other suppliers give you pre paid postage service. I did a quick search and discovered firetrap is owned by sports direct and based on their policies I will certainly never be buying firetrap again.

Awful Customer Service
Firetrap clothing I regular buy online, however after buying a coat for my wife I was sent wrong size NOT the size I ordered? They are refusing to exchange as its outside 28 day window, as this was a Christmas present I asked I was sent size I ordered and wasn't opened until Christmas day. VERY POOR customer service in my opinion!
Poor Quality Product
Bought two pairs of Firetrap jeans. Didn't get to wear the second pair until some year later. First time putting them on, as I pulled the belt through, one of the loops on the jeans pulled straight out of the denim! Never thought I'd see such a thing happening with jeans!
Contacted Firetrap and was aware that the legal length of time had passed. Company representative stuck to this line. I explained that they may wish to see the product but no interest, after my three polite emails. They were polite but no interest in repairing, replacing, let alone seeing the jeans.
Oh well, I won't be buying products from them in the future. I like companies who go that little bit further to keep customers.

Firetrap Trainers,
Purchased these four months ago only worn a couple of times a week,Leather on toes cracked COST £35 not good quality or fit for purpose.WON`T BE BUYING
ANY MORE.
Bad Quality
I've got a number of items from Firetrap, none of them being cheap however all have had faults with them. I have a canvas jacket, combat shorts, belt and numerous t shirts and the quality of all the items is very poor indeed. The jacket which cost £80 started falling apat straight away and the logos on it faded almost instantly, then the zip broke off. The belt buckle isn't fixed in properly and will often drop out and again with the shorts the zip is very shabby along with the stitching on the buttons.

Bought A Pair Of Trousers On Sale. They Came With
Bought a pair of trousers on sale. They came with a set of braces which promptly broke upon putting them on. Sent them back. Won't really recommend this brand to anyone, a lot of their stuff is rather overpriced especially when taking quality into account. The styling features too much numbers and logos and doesn't seem very eye-catching. Then again some may find that nice looking, but not me.
The main pro with Firetrap is the range of sizes available.

I Bought Some Firetrap Flava Shoes For About &poun
I bought some Firetrap Flava shoes for about £70, and the soles were splitting after the FIRST time of wearing. A design fault combined with bad quality IMHO. I emailed Firetrap, but they just fobbed me off and said that I should talk to the shop where I bought them. I also bought a Firetrap belt which was nearly £40, but the quality really isn't any better than your bog standard leather belt for under a tenner. I won't buy the Firetrap brand again.

I Bought My Boyfriend A Long Sleeved T-shirt As A
I bought my boyfriend a long sleeved t-shirt as a present, and to date he still loves it, and has become one of his favourites.
It is a casual/smart casual top which covers quite a wide range, and can be worn with anything - dress it up or down, and it still looks good.
Pricing is a little expensive, but due to the wear, and long-lasting material, I do think it has been worth every penny.
