Apart from the fact that the delivery costed £8 for a CPU box (but it was fast at least), it's a great place to get your hardware from :)

I've been using Aria PC since 2010 and I must say the service literally gets better and better every year. I build and upgrade my PC as well as friends and family's too. Every time I have ordered parts they have arrived in perfect condition, exactly what I ordered and the communication can't be beaten.

My latest purchase was a few internal components, I placed the order in the early hours of Sunday morning (Night shift) and they were with me by Tuesday. I used the standard delivery service provided by DPD, I was updated at every step of the process from Aria processing my order all the way through to the package being delivered.

I would highly recommend Aria to anyone looking to buy pretty much anything to do with computers as they have a wide array of options and different brands that cater for everyone. They also have very smart technical advisers who are ready and willing to help, I've had a few queries with regards to compatibility issues with the parts I was looking for. The tech team will even suggest a better alternative to whatever part you are inquiring about, even if it means the company loses money on a particular sale.

I could keep going but here is the bottom line.....Aria PC are by far the best and as far as I am concerned, the only company I get my PC items from.

I have bought many items from Aria PC over the past few years and they always arrive promptly and with no damage. They very often have great sales on their already cheap parts.

Overall I would recommend Aria PC to anyone who needs computer parts due to their outstanding service and cheap prices.

I think ariapc is one of the best uk computers shop, cheap prize, good customer support and all things you need for pc. Delivery is fast as well i ordered and same day they been dispatched i was amazed! Ower all really good shop! Recommended.

I have been to both the store and ordered online from aria, they have a very wide range of products for everything I need for my computing needs. When I was building my first ever pc I was watching JackFrags video on how to build a pc and he recommended this site... Obviously I looked at other sites and retail stores to compare and things on aria I found are around the same price or even 10 to 40 pounds cheaper! I was amazed!! I also compared the units of items between aria and other stores and aria had 3 times as many units of items depending on the item like gpu's, software, etc... Online ordering is fast and simple to understand with ease. The store is a 40 minute walk away from the the town centre of Manchester so not too bad, it's easy to get to, just a straight road and big noticeable sign on the actual building so hard to miss. The store was cool in how it showed off some of the items, I actually wanted to buy some of them there and then but I didn't have enough money lol. Service was nice and friendly. The only bad points was my first experience with the online order, it was that my package was delivered to my neighbours without me knowing so I didn't get it for four days but that's never happened again. I can actually send my package to a store that picks up items and I used that once was good. Overall I think it's the best site for computer parts.

Easy to use website, very helpful when asking for advice and they have the best prices no need to look around apart form if you need to buy windows it's far cheaper on Amazon. Would definitely use this site again and recommend it to a friend.

they sent to me faulty motherboard. after phone call seller agreed to sell me another motherboard, and refund for old one when arrived.

Over a week after i sent back faulty motherboard to them, i call them. i spend few hours on the line in total. if u calling customer service number you have allow around 1 hour waiting to connect with representative.

Anyway, they refuse to refund money as motherboard wasn't faulty in them opinion.

ok i ask them to refund just motherboard cost, they refuse too, because they want to charge me 30% restock fee as i have scrap some paint on the screw hole - ridiculous.

i have no time to fight with them, im sure, motherboard was faulty.

finaly i have accepted this 30% charge , but they do not refund my money.

there is credit on my aria account and i can buy something in aria... pfffff

'AriaPC is only one mile away from my house.never had any issue with this technology seller. recently i been there to buy a SSD which online price was £109 around.on the till salesman said, if i buy on the spot,that SSD will cost me £130 around! that £109 offer for online order only.

I Ordered through online this time,but that charge me about £9 for the delivery charge!

i think they can improve this backward customer service to a prompt fantastic customer service.they could add their all products on 'click & collect' so we can click online and collect(as their given time) from the store.

£9 delivery charge within one mile! isn't too much?

I bought a 980TI which comes with Tomb Raider, the very next day the free game turned into The Division. I asked if I could get The Division instead and they got me a code that night. I was out of the valid date period so they couldn't have said it was out of their hands but they gave me one anyway!
