Electric Induction Hob
I thought my new HH1600 induction hob was faulty so I rang Sonic and they said I might be using the wrong pans. I was unsure as the manual said I could use Stainless steel, which my pans were. However, as I was having a problem, a staff member offered to loan me a correct type of pan. Hey presto the hob worked beautifully. Thank you Sonic for all your kind help. The hob is very good looking and has made a huge difference to my kitchen. It looks so neat. I have got rid of all my old pans (I had quite a few) and will be treating myself to a new set of induction pans. Wow so much extra cupboard space too. The elements heat up and cool down so quickly, cooking is now a pleasure as its so quick, clean and efficient. Every time I rang Sonic with a question, they did their very best to inform me and on the few occasions that the staff member was unable to provide the solution, they rang me back very quickly with the help I needed. Can't thank them enough. I also got a 2 years parts and labour guarantee.

Selling Items They Don't Have .. Again!
Typical service, find an item it says its available, place order, confirmed by email, delivery date agreed .. wait .. week before delivery you get a phone call to say its no longer available.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY if you actually want the goods.

We would never accept an order unless we expected to be able to fulfil it. However, very rarely on Special Order items, the supplier may accept an order from us only to later advise they have ceased production of the model. This is frustrating for all involved and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.
In these circumstances we would always endeavour to assist a customer in choosing an alternative product or, should there not be one, we would offer an immediate refund with our apologies.

Quality,value,expert Service From Sonic Direct Store,staff.
This year alone,replaced fridge freezer,washing machine,and now a cordless vacuum cleaner..previously 18 months ago a 50inch
TV.
On all our visits to Sonic,Percy and his colleagues have always had a smile on arrival,and expert help in choosing the product needed.
I'm still looking at the larger TVs every visit...only a matter of time.
