I am soon to become a new member at estuary gym, orginally I was going to join a gym like fitness first but the estuary gym had a good reputation so i thought i would take a look around, they were friendly and helpful and although the rates have recently gone up (4.50 per session) you get to benefit from their expierence and i think that is priceless.

I Used Train At The Estuary Gym In Southend On Sea
I used train at the Estuary Gym in Southend on Sea for many years with the owner Roy Perrot, Former 1968 Mr Universe, and a really nice chap and good training partner.
Membership is fair, and there are showers and toilets etc...
My brother trained there for years, Kevan keeshan always in there.
I found this review helpful because i was unsure about joing the gym, i went there today to enquire about membership costs (unfortunately they have gone up) and whilst it is more expensive than other gyms you get to benifit from roy's expierience and i think that is priceless.
