Crooks! Daylight Robbery

I got a T-909 tablet as a present after 2 months it developed a fault and I sent it back at my own cost. I did get a replacement which also developed a different fault after 2 months! The only difference this time is DGM don't want to know! Have not answered my calls or e-mails. Have come across many other customers with similar stories just by putting 'DGM complaints' into Goolge. I would strongly urge all disgruntled DGM customers to make a complaint to BBC Watchdog via its on line page http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74/features/making-complaint

If enough of us make a complaint then Anne Robinson etal will investigate and we might get a refund as well as stop them in their tracks before anymore of us lose our hard earned cash to them.

DMGUSELESS

The Worst Company Ever And Full Of Lies

I order the bluetooth headphones 2 weeks ago and to this day have had nothing delivered. They sent me a text message, 2 days ago, to say DPD will be delivering the product today and wouldn't you know it nothing has arrived.

I called DPD to find out where the headphone were and they told me that DMG hadn't even released it yet. What a bunch of liars!!!!! Where are the honest sellers these days?

When I try to call them it just rings out. Absolute garbage!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM & DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

Disgraceful Outfit

Like many I purchased a DGM T909 tablet through Groupon some months ago, which arrived approx. 6 weeks after the scheduled delivery date. However, the tablet worked without problems up until April of this year (obviously being one of the lucky ones). The only problem, was how to take photos other than of oneself, as the instructions does state how to reverse the camera. Mmmm!! Not as described, me thinks.

In April it developed a fault and needed to be returned to DGM. I returned the item, which was repaired and returned to me all within six days. Very impressed.

Within a month the tablet stopped working, so again I tried to contact them, and guess what, I have been trying ever since, probably since the start of June, ringing Customers Svs. (what or who is that I ask), emailing on a daily basis, even ringing the Sales/Admin and Accounts depts.. only to be a greeted by some woman/robot on answer phone asking god knows what questions.

This has taught me a lesson of buying online, at least if buy in store you can return it and have contact with a human being, and who shows some pride in Customer Svs.

With regard to DGM, I think you are an absolute disgrace, and the next time you need to unload some of your products, send them to the car boot sales. Little wonder the country is in the state it is with companies like yours trading herein. So come on DGM, lets have a bit of consideration for the customer. Should you have any vacancies for employment, please don’t hesitate to contact me, I reckon I could sit on my backside all day doing nothing and get paid for doing it.

It is now the end of July and I am still trying to make contact.

I have had the same identical problem! I am on my 2nd T-909 the first developed a fault after 2 months and was replaced. I had to pay to have it returned. I got a 'new' tablet which has also developed a problem after working well for 2 months! Now the fun begins! e-mails previously answered now ignored. Telephone not answered! Went to Facebook page and made my comments, suddenly got an answer via Facebook page (oh by the way my comments have been removed!) Still no contact! So fed up I have now complained to BBC Watchdog! May I suggest that everyone that has had a problem with the T-909 and DGM please get in touch with BBC Watchdog via their website.

The more consumers who make a complaint the more likely they are to investigate. Lets not let them get away with ripping us off!

Buy Dgm At Your Peril.

We purchased a 22in tv/dvd combi for our daughter for christmas 2012 the dvd player became unresponsive 14/04/2013, would not play or eject the disc. We contacted ebuyer whom explained the warranty was honoured by the manufacturer DGM Uk Limited. Called them went through the correct procedure and their courier collected the unit.Called them a few days later with the (RMA REF No) they confirmed they had the unit and we could expect it back in 7-10 days haha

It is now 3 months on still no returned unit, these ppl are a complete joke, I've been told my tv's on its way and the courier arrived to collect a tv, moving offices , contacted the retailer twice, and in the last month have called several times a day on sales, accounts, logistics and never have I spoke to one person. No response to 20 emails, had promises of call backs with a tracking no for the return, I even said I would call and collect the unit as is and get it repaired myself which was quickly met with this is not allowed.

I am now talking with trading standards as this lot should be closed down.

All our other tv's are sony which are superb, thought this would serve for our young daughters bedroom.Beware as beginning to think they have gone into liquidation.

No Contact

I bought the 1006 tablet at the Gadget Show. Good sales piych. The screen flickers I have tried to contact DGM on many occasions but they NEVER pick up the phone. It is automated and then just cuts you off. I would not ever but from these again.

Value For Money, Works Perfectly And No Complaints At All!

Bought the tablet online, works like a charm! Can't fault it, especially for the price! It's smooth and responsive, battery lasts a reasonable length of time of course it varies on what I'm using the tablet for!My apps work fine, I use it everyday as do my kids and I have no complaints. Does exactly what it says on the tin! No complaints from me! Would recommend to a friend anytime!

Absolute Garbage..!!!

T-704S 7" Tablet.

Just as well it was a promotional freebie which I got for nothing.

If I had paid money for this third rate rubbish I would be very unhappy.

If this item is represenatative of DGM products - STAY WELL AWAY and buy something sensible and reliable.

Awful

I bought a talet last year from dgm. Tablet didn't work when I received it so I tried getting a refund. After a month they finally picked the faulty tablet back up and gave me a new one which still didn't work. Emailed approx 20 times and still awaiting for a reply. This was in October. Am appalled by the service with this company. Bit of advice DO NOT BUY FROM DGM.

Terrible Products Hardware Totally Unreliable. Would Not Buy

I ordered two identical products from this company through an offer I found on Groupon. The order took some time to arrive. Both products I ended up returning as they were faulty. When I complained the 'Customer Service Manager' was rude and hung up the phone. The hardware is of terrible build quality. I ended up sending both products back for a full refund. In summary I would say that there are considerably better products on the market for a similar price. Don't buy!
