MTM Special Ops Black Hawk

A good looking time piece.It is not expensive watch.

I bought this thinking survivalist gear, not. It's heavy and rugged but the pins locking the strap to the watch come off very easily. This watch has fallen off my wrist several times. The watch is working great for me but the "pin thing" is frustrating. Don't get me wrong the watch looks cool and tough but it behaves like a sissy.

I ordered this watch online and it is just terrible. The side pin needs to be screwed in out/in to use and the thread on the screw gets worn out really fast. I had to send it in to get fixed. The strap is really stupid. The flashlight is finicky and often doesn't work. Finally, this watch doesn't show the date. I paid a lot of this watch and I never use it. Stay away from this watch!

I hardly believe that it can be considered a Military Watch. The time hands went out of sync after three month and so far I could not find anyone to fix it. The electromagnetic recharger stop recharging. I am contacting MTM hoping that I can send it to be fixed. Either way the product look to me more of a toy than a Combat Ready asset.

Yes they say it's "Battle Ready",...don't think so. I owned for 2 months, the first time i was walking into the ocean with it on i was in water up to my thigh, a small wave hit my wrist and the pins fell out and the watch off my wrist. lost it.

my Gshock has been on my wrist for 8 years and still works.

We have discontinues all MTM products due to the inefficiency of their order processing and unproffesional staff, as well as having issues with their products.

I brought a mtm warrior watch, from special ops UK. all i can say about the watch and the service is excellent. I'm very pleased with the watch, its quite a heavy timepiece. but didn't mind that. Ive had many watches in the past. but when i came across the mtm it was just what Ive been looking for. the strap is good and strong, and the clasp is well made. the black coating on the strap and watch seem to be good quality. the trillium tubes could be a bit brighter, but that said it can be seen at night.its really is a good looking lump of stainless steel. the carbon fibre face is a very nice touch, almost looks 3D. I would recomend this watch and company to anyone, and im not any thing to do with the company. overall 9/10.

Very Heavy watch so would think it was studry. It is not with in a week of owning the black on the band wore off. The timers is not centered and looks dumb. The clasp just broke and no one can fix it. My thought would be stay away it not what you think it is.

I Have the MTM Black Falcon in titanium, I absolutely LOVE this watch!! The 5 LED light modes are awesome and very handy for nighttime activities!! I previously owned the Blackhawk, I liked it but wanted the white LED lights so I sold it to get the Falcon. This watch is very well built and tough!! I have worn and abused it daily now for over 2 years and other than some small "rub" marks in the coating it still looks brand new!! The PVD coating that MTM uses is the best in the business!! I've owned 6 other PVD watches and NONE has held up as good as this one!! It takes a while to fully charge after running down, MTM says 45hrs, I found it takes about 35hrs the 3 times I've charged mine. The charge last a lot longer than MTM says!! On average mine lasts at least 4 to 5 months on a charge and I use the lights daily in my line of work!! I was really surprised by how long the battery lasts!! MTM hit it out of the park with this one!! By comparison, It last months longer than the Blackhawk I owned!! The only complaint I have is the "Special OPS" writing and theme of the watch, it shouldn't be on the watch dial. If they must have it on the watch, put it on the caseback where it's not seen by everyone who admires it!!(And they do, I've had several compliments)

Overall I would recommend the MTM Falcon to anyone wanting a great watch!

I bought an MTM Warrior watch 3/4 years ago and have abused this watch for the entire time,.......dropping it onto concrete, smashing it against hardened steel in work 1000's of times, even forgot to tighten the bezel( after changing the time then went swimming with it on), and it ended up full of moisture! - not a problem tho just took the back off and let it dry. Im also a downhill biker, and this watch has survived many encounters with rocks after i come off the bike. This watch is indestructible, and Im amazed its still going strong. When or even if it does ever die I will happily buy another .
