Roof For Trampoline
Before purchasing the roof for our trampoline, which was a different make, we checked to see if it would fit properly and were met with helpful, friendly and efficient customer service. After happily finding it out to be compatible, we made the purchase and the roof was delivered the very next day which was great! Installation was relatively straightforward and the fit was right. Looks great too without hurting the eyes for us or hopefully our neighbours. All in all, great service from start to finish, good price, and a great product!
Excellent Service
This company has more recently taken over the trampoline company Jump for Fun. The trampolines are of excellent quality and durability. I would recommend them to everyone, as in my opinion they far out perform others on the market.
Their customer service; prompt communication and persistence in helping me find the product for my exact needs - was exemplary.
They went out of their way to help me with what I can only describe as good old fashioned customer care.
I would highly recommend them and have appreciated their kind attitude and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase products from them in the future.

Great Company
Bought a trampoline as early Christmas present for my niece and nephew. Arrived on time, excellent customer service. Really happy with what I bought and kids even happier :)
Efficient Friendly Customer Service
Just ordered a replacement jump mat for my octagon trampoline, after it finally developed holes and ripped after 7 years of very heavy use from 4 children. The company representative was friendly and efficient and made replacing the mat easy and simple (especially considering they no longer sold my particular trampoline). The cost was also very acceptable.
In general, the trampoline has proved to be an essential part of our children's upbringing, helping to develop core strength and the macro-physical skills needed for development in addition to being a center of fun and sociability. My recommendation for new parents is to go as large as possible.
Lots Of Jumping, Lots Of Fun!
We originally purchased our trampoline in March and had it delivered in June, we were told there was going to be a wait and were happy to do so based on a friends recommendation (they've had theirs 8 years and still works well). The Trampoline itself is fantastic, looks good and the kids love it. We were a little worried about the companies reputation after seeing a lot of previous negative reviews but the girl I dealt with was really good and eager to help. Very happy customer
Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered some new accessories for my daughters trampoline. I received an e mail immediately explaining that some were out of stock, I was given a date when they may arrive and an option of cancelling with a full refund. I was also asked if I wanted the items that were in stock immediately or if I would prefer to wait. I was kept informed throughout until the items arrived. When I explained that they were a Birthday present they pulled out all the stops to make sure that the items arrived in time and checked to make sure they had. We were not in for one delivery and as it was so close to the Birthday they were re-delivered the following day. Very friendly and helpful with rapid response to emails.

We appreciate the positive review and remember the situation well. She was running around the office frantically trying to find a solution. We are still up against it here as there is still a lot of mess to sort out left by the previous owners....it is our aim to have everything streamlined by the start of 2017 ready for next season. Replacement Trampoline Matt And Childrens Play Den
Great service and really helpful staff. I had a 9ft trampoline, so not one which is currently in production, and needed a replacement matt. The internet was showing as not in stock but staff put a request in to the warehouse and fortunately unearthed some old stock which they promptly informed me would be put back in stock and put through my order. All delivered within 24 hours and the kids are back bouncing!

We aren't perfect yet but we will get there. We have a new website launching this week which will make it easier to order (which we know has been an issue). We also have the phone lines manned so if ever this a problem there will always be a helpful voice the other end of the telephone.

Great Customer Service
I needed a replacement jump mat for my Jump for Fun trampoline which is about 7 years old. Went onto the website but couldn't order online as it said it was out of stock. I then checked on the internet and couldn't find a replacement that was the same size anywhere else. So I telephoned Jump for Fun customer service and a very helpful lady explained that the company had been taken over and they currently did not stock that size mat anymore. However she said she would try and contact the previous owners to see if they had any stock left. I was very pleased when she rang back a few days later to say that a replacement had been found. I paid on line on Thursday lunchtime and the mat arrived Friday morning. Super fast delivery and great customer service. My son is now very happy he can bounce again - many thanks.
Non Existent Customer Service
Ordered and paid for replacement goods last July. They still have my money......and I don't have the goods! Have left several messages with both them and their logistics company and neither has had the curtesy to return my messages. The trampoline in question has deteriorated with lack of replacement parts, and kids have had 6 months of not being able to use it. The quality of the trampoline itself is good, however, I can't believe a company can get away with taking your money, not supplying the products, and then ignoring you when you try to resolve it.

As per our review the trampoline is now beyond repair and so the parts are no longer required. What I need is an answer from Jump for Fun as too what they intend to do going forward, beyond just a refund, bearing in mind the circumstances. They have written on forums saying the previous management are taking the Company back in hand, is this true?

Ordered A Jump Mat From Them In August 2015, Which
Ordered a jump mat from them in August 2015, which showed as in stock on their website. It was not delivered and they claimed it was out of stock. Despite repeated contact asking for a replacement or refund I have heard nothing since early October. They have £62.50 of my money. Avoid them at all costs.
