Never saw in my life a group of people so useless that don’t know what they are doing ,they just doing the job nobody want to do because the maximum qualification they have probably is till 16 years old so the maximum aspiration to wear a suit is this kind of job

Poor client service,poor knowledge of the market and cero help when you move to the house you rented or bought

Please be careful when using this company. They seemingly work on behalf of faceless companies that seem capable of taking your property without the legal right to do so. This company seems to use very questionable methods and tactics in order to gain unlawful entry to your property therefore breaking and entering seemingly without the correct or in fact any legal court paperwork in order for them to do so. They then seemingly dispose and destroy your property and make you homeless. I was paying my mortgage monthly in full when this occurred to me. If you have also been a victim of this seemingly unlawful process and you think your property has been repossessed get legal advice as this may be a sham and they may not have the legal right to do so. This is a disgusting and unethical way to do business and they seem to do the dirty work of other companies. Please be aware as i would not want anyone to face what i have been through.(if you go near my property the police will be notified)

So so very bad. They don't tell the truth and that you like dirt on their shoes

My partner and I both had a very pleasant experience with KFH in Putney Hill. They helped us buy our dream home in less than 3months. Communication and process was hassle free. I particularly want to thank Sales Assistant Manager for helping us over the line.

I was really disappointed with this agency after my son went through a painful process to provide expenses that the agency demands only to find out that my son and his colleagues are moving into the house that is not what is promised.

There were five of them about to move in on this 4-bedroom house and the agents promised that it will be 5-bedroom house with the partition built in the living room when they moved in.

Clearly, they do not have clear communication with the landlord, their client.

It seems really greedy for them to have the tenants move in after a hefty demand of money for their service and getting almost 3 months worth of commission from the landlord.

How could they just lightly say that the expenses for the building for the 5th room be taken out of the rent when the landlord does not have enough money to build it as they charge them so much already.

I would not recommend this agents at all after seeing my son’s struggle with his colleagues when they have been passed like a ping pong ball with the landlord because they were unprofessional and deceitful.

They charge the tenants for everything and will always expect from them to keep their obligations, but they will never keep theirs.

I feel sorry for the property owners run by them to rent or sale.

Just do not let those agents manage your property. No matter your specifications are as an owner I don’t think they will be honest enough to advertised exactly to tenants and will take your money (both you property owners and prospective tenants.) KFH Finchley charges hefty agent fees that is not matched to the very poor and highly unsatisfactory service they provide.

FOREIGNERS FLEE! LANDLORDS FLEE!  ALERT!

They took my deposit and refused to review my garantor. They would rather have me pay 6 months in advance (which is illegal), than to review my guarantor, giving less protection to the landlord.

They take agency fees and referencing fees when they do zero work and never answer their emails and phone calls! DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!

For potential tenant : they don't give you your deposit back, they never answer their phone or answer your emails.

They even called my roommate instead of calling me to tell her that I sent an email that was irrelevant.

For potential landlord: they don't care about who they let in the house, as long as they get 6 months of rent in advance. They refused to review my guarantor.

Avoid these people like the plague. They are dishonest, have no integrity, and couldn't care less about anything but making commission. Buying a property through them has been a very painful process and I would warn anyone thinking of using them to either buy or sell a property to really think twice.

We bought a flat in Southwark through the Canada Water branch of KFH. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and very helpful.

Having viewed a couple of properties, our agent began to advise us about other similar properties in both our price band and area.

The flat we found is absolutely lovely, however as this was our first purchase we had many questions and didn't know what to expect.

KFH arranged the mortgage broker and solicitors, all of which made the process very straightforward.

Communication was brilliant throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to use KFH again in future (although we have no intention to move!).

MONEY GRABBING

Having decided to look for a 1 bedroom flat to rent near Crystal Palace I found a decent sized property about 20 minutes walk away through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward for £850 per month. Not overly expensive I thought. I arranged a viewing on the Saturday. She seemed helpful (don't they all) and we agreed on a viewing at 11:30am on the Saturday.

The Saturday arrived and I didn't want to be late as my journey was an hour and half to get to the viewing. Just as I was arriving at just after 11am at the front door I got a call saying sorry but the viewing has been postponed. No prior notice was given and I was pretty annoyed at the time wasted. I was called back again with a further apology saying that if I would go for a second viewing I would get some discount off of the agency fees.

I saw the property for the second viewing and liked it and got the ball moving. NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED and I had to part with £656.15 with was for £210 tenant fees and £120 for referencing and the rest towards the initial deposit which still left me with a balance of £2194 before the move in date which wasn't a problem.

The contract was for 15 months which I thought was odd and did query this but was told its either 15, 18 or 24 month contract.

Upon my final visit just to hand in some more papers and fill out yet more forms I was told that mid contract the landlord now wanted to implement a rent rise but also there was no figure as to how much of an increase. I told them no way and if the landlord wanted to increase the rent he would have to do it after the contract has finished. Ridiculous!!!!

Due to my mum's ill health and social services not being able to go ahead with a care package for my mum which had already been agreed with them I was forced to unfortunately pull out of the flat so I can carry on caring for her. KFH still had over a months notice from the date the flat was available to find tenants for this and have so far refused to pay back any of this money. I have been very reasonable with them and said yes they can keep the agency fees and the referencing (£330) and just return the rest (£326.15) which would have gone to the landlord. Instead, they are keeping the lot for their own profit and are showing no signs of wanting to play fair. They are going to find other tenants within the month and charge them another set of tenant fees and referencing so no doubt be quids in.

I am in the process of seeking legal representation on this as I was hoping for at least a bit of compassion and understanding. I haven't cost them any money and in fact know that they will make more now.

In the meantime. I would recommend to anybody to avoid these people as they seem to be up there with the worst of them.

Professional & efficient service . Billie Blakson is highly commended, patient, thorough throughout the whole process. Ensured we were comfortable and happy with our choice of flat. I will recommend KFH to friends and family. Flat is close to facilities- shops and public transports in a quiet neighbour. I really can't fault it.
