I Am Having The Same Problem That Another Person R

I am having the same problem that another person reported having in his/her scooter manufactured in 2006. Overall I am very happy, but during the last two weeks I had two problem and the People 150. It did turn on and the first time I had gone for about a block in a residential area (10-20 mph). I noticed the uneven acceleration and sound, so had to stop, then as soon as I tried accelerating it would just turn off by itself. After the third attempt, it wouldn't turn on again, so had to leave it there overnight and ask my boyfriend to pick me up and take me home (7 miles away) I was really frustrated! it did it again three days ago! and then worked again after 10 minutes. So unreliable! I guess it is just an exception. Almost all comments are positive. Oct.26.10

I Really Liked The Kymco People 150cc. It Was My F

I really liked the Kymco People 150cc. It was my first bike that I actually got to drive (my da owns the bikes and I like to ride on the back of them), but this was a bike that was still 'big' enough to actually go anywhere without me looking like a fool, and it also was small enough that I could move it fairly easily. (Especially compared to my da's 250cc bike which is VERY heavy). I also like that it moves around bigger things (cars, for example) with ease and was nice and quiet.

Just Got My First Scooter This Xmas, And It's The

Just got my first scooter this xmas, and it's the best investment i've ever made. i shopped around and this was the best pick. it's fuel efficient on a stop-n-go island like Guam. i spend about $12 a week! absolutely easy handling. uphill...no prob. keeping up with traffic is not even an issue. and i can't get over it's definite show-stopper appearance. i've ridden with many 50cc & 125cc scooters from PGO and Kymco, but nothing outlasts or comes close to the People 150. a must have!my only concern are the 16" tires. i notice everyone else running smaller, fatter, meaty tires, so i have to wonder if these narrow tires are best for quick scooting around turns and reliable for hitting potholes at 65mph. if anyone knows about tires, let me know if i should "fat-grade."

I Did A Lot Of Research And Decided This Was The S

I did a lot of research and decided this was the scooter for me. It has great reliability and looks great. I always liked them, but when the black an ivory 2009's came out I fell in love.

I Recently Upgraded To A Kymco People 150 From A 8

I recently upgraded to a Kymco People 150 from a 86' Honda Spree. I will tell you that that was a fantastic decision. This scoot has it all, no problems with the mechanical aspect, great ride, I have been super happy with the scooter and ride it whenever I can, Plenty of power for me and my wife. We got it up to 60 mph with both of us on it. I live in Chicago so winter will be a bummer when I will not be able to ride.

The Kymco People 150 Is My First Bike, I Did Not R

The Kymco People 150 is my first bike, I did not really know what to expect. It is very easy to ride, even on loose packed dirt roads which I ride on pretty often. Irregular road surfaces are handled easily and comfortably. Great fuel efficiency. Quiet, handles much better than I would have expected. Acceleration is great, I regularly pull away from cars. Good braking.

I could not be more delighted with this bike. I had to disassemble rather extensively to mount the top case and wiring, and was very impressed with the quality of construction.

It's so much fun to ride that I look forward to taking trips with it. I regularly commute 22 miles round trip, and enjoy the commute for the first time.
