The Website Disappeared With Still 100 Free Pictur
The website disappeared with still 100 free pictures I had received of them for being unable to print an order (which I was refunded for). The only bad thing is that the shipping costs - due to situated in France - is too high and takes too long. Mostly I need the pictures right away and can't wait for more then a week. The problem is I have not found another better cheaper or faster company. netfoto.cc was fast at the beginning but now also slowed down and the quality is ok but not really as good as the ones from Pixdiscount.

Having experienced the treatment that applied to its clients by Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox, I have taken the following steps which I want to share with all those in the same situation and who ask themselves what can be done:
- Dispute the charge : I have contacted the credit card department of the bank that has issued the credit card I used for the online payment to PixDiscount and disputed the charge; this means that I informed the bank that this merchant has never delivered the merchandise I paid for; banks keep track of merchants against which they have many disputed charges; my bank refunded me the amount I lost to PixDiscount and now it's up to the bank to pursue or not a get refund from them
- File complaints: I have filed a complaint online with the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) at www.econsummer.gov ; ICPEN is a body that addresses cross-border online commerce fraud. If you live in any of the countries in which Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox is registered as a company, file a complaint your country's consumer protection body
- Express your opinion and make it as public as possible:
o I have written a concise email containing my experience and my opinion about Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox to all the names I have in my Address Book and asked all my contacts to forward this email to everybody in their Address Book
o I am posting the current document to all websites I can find where it is appropriate, especially websites and blogs that review, comment or rate online printing services
o I intend to research publications in the pertinent domain and write to them with my experience and a selection of postings of other people who have lost money to Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox and that I found on the Internet
o I intend to write to all newspapers and TV stations that run a Consumers column or show with this information about Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox
o I intend to investigate the means of creating a website of the "Photoways Watch" type in which to collect all complaints about this company
- Keep Photoways/PixDiscount/Photobox informed of your activities, but do not discuss, expect or accept anything with and from them, except your due refund, in the manner in which you request it

They Deliver Too Late, Or Not At All. If They Do N
They deliver too late, or not at all. If they do not deliver on time, there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. You could send them a message, but it is not read anyway.
If you are unlucky and don't get your photos or get overcharged, the best thing you could do is probably to forget the whole thing. Getting in touch with Pix Discount is mission impossible.

I have placed two orders with Pix Discount this year and each one has arrived within 5 working days. Have no complaints - been delighted with both orders. The quality of prints is OK!
I'm a bit concerned about the final payment screen. Hangs and have to close it myself. Have told Pix Discount about it.

My First Order With Pix Discount Went Through With
My first order with Pix Discount went through with no problem and I was very satisfied with the results and prompt arrival. However, my second order has left me out of pocket to the sum of £60 with no photos. I did get an automated response recently stating there was also a technical problem with their email, assuring me that that had now been fixed. Guess what, 2 weeks later no photos, no actual contact by a human, no refund.
It has now been 2 and a half months since I originally uploaded my photos. I have emailed 12 times with no response and there is no telephone number, so a dead end there. All I can say is that I am now in the process of reporting them. I urge you all to avoid this company.

I Have Used Pix Discount Before And Found Them To
I have used Pix Discount before and found them to be quite reasonable. However, I placed an order several months ago. They replied saying there was a problem (having already taken the money) and have now failed to produce the goods or respond to my several e-mails. I am very disappointed. I will wait for the last order of photos to come through (if they ever do) but never use the service again.

Our Last Order Of 540 Photos From Pix Discount N
Our last order of 540 photos from Pix Discount never arrived (after nearly 2 months). We paid 60 EUR. Pixdiscount do not respond to any email requests despite the web site promises. There is no way of contacting them by phone. We understand that the photos were developed but were incorrectly addressed and returned to sender. We offered to pay to have the photos resent but have had no response. Previous orders arrived promptly, however, if something goes wrong your money is lost. Having now done some research we see we are by no means the only people this has happened to.

I'm Still Waiting For My Photos From Pix Discount.
I'm still waiting for my photos from Pix Discount. My money was taken from my card approx 2 weeks ago. They will not even answer any of my emails (have sent 5 over last few days). They didn't even let me know the photos would be late. Not worth dealing with!
