I have been on every diet an in every gym an nothing happened Then I came across the 6 second abs an I can honestly say it's amazing worked on me every two weeks I'm another dress size down which I am thrilled with , I can also tell you that it works faster if you drink peppermint tea morning afternoon an night this works together , I am also on the boo tea shakes an all 3 work fantastic as a combination , as for the machine itself nothing's broken an the bands haven't snapped so all I can say To those that it hasn't worked on your machine isn't the problem it's yourself you need to change something that your not doing right I bought mine off amazon an it only cost me £8 an I got mine the next 3 days in the post was really impressed I've gone from a size 14 an I'm down to a 10 in over 6 weeks ... I hope this helps :)!if the product isn't for you I suggest you just keep looking am sure you'll achieve your goal !!!

This 6 second abs is a crummy little machine based on lies and nothing else.... Don't let the pictures of people with six back abs and little so called facts, fool you.

The many people involved with this scheme have achieved there "six backs" by doing the much more useful, leg raisers,crunches and all others.

This is the worst workout made.

Biggest load of something you would find in the toilet I have ever purchesed used it once and handle snapped off front of it cracked

I paid £60 for this product and was a load of rubbish do not waste your money

Money making !!

I like the 6 sec ab but didnt like the shotty way that it was made. Mine the handle broke off it . I had to file the rough edges off so that I can use it . I like the way that if feels when using it ., Can feel it from the neck to the lower abs. Just wish I could replace it have let a few friends use it , and they all ask wow what happen to it . Would have like to known that is was not made a little stronger.

A good idea let down by a shoddy product. I had to use selotape to keep the apararatus shut and, until recently, replacement resister bands were not available in this country. I bought it some two years ago through a shopping channel, although it was 'mothballed' for long periods so not used as frequently as it should have been. One of the handles has now snapped off making the machine useless.

Unless it has now been manufactured to a higher specification, from my experience, a waste of money

Ordered 6 sec abs from Zestify and very disappointed with the quality for the price. After trying, I knew we wouldn't get along so sent it back. Also felt tricked by the sales man who told me post and packing would be free if I ordered a waist trim belt and dvd for an extra £24.95. Then charged £6.95 for postage only to be told the belt and dvd had free postage only. I think its a complete scam and don't waste your money.

I agree with Kram - very poor quality; I had to keep the case closed with selotape (!) and just you try to get replacements when the resisters snap - it's impossible - I've been trying for many months. The concept may be good but, once that a machine has been sold, then that is that - there appears to be no customer service whatsoever and no facility for replacements.

I bought the six second abs about two years ago now and have used it almost every day for 15-20 mins at a time... this program DOESN'T work at all! I Do live a healthy lifestyle and count the calories but still i haven't seen any difference in the defination of my abs... Waste of money if you ask me!!!!

Bought a kit from zestify.tv a month ago and I can honestly say it works for me with a 15min work out every day.

Bought from the website and got my parcel in 3 days, quite impressive for a teleshopping brand.

Would I recommend it? NO! I called customer service to try and GET THIS;

PURCHASE; YES, PURCHASE!!!! 2 orange resistance bands because my unit is three years old. The customer service rep and SUPERVISOR both told me you

can not buy yellow bands or orange bands. Maybe you didnt hear me. You

CAN NOT EVEN BUY the bands. This is the only reason I wouldn't recommend it
