Poor Quality Of Service
Ordered some replacement cartridges and despite the invoice stating the correct ones what was sent was wrong. As they were in the same packaging and fit the printer I hadn't noticed they were the wrong number. IJT refused to replace them despite it being their error. Never deal with them again after this experience. Buyer beware!!

Ijt Direct Conmen
Bought an anti virus download from IJT Direct. It does not work and they refuse to give me a refund. Basically I've paid £7.95 for a 30 day free trial from AVG

Very Disappointing
Bought colour/black combo ink cartridges for my Kodak printer and was very
disappointed with the products. The black cartridge did not fit my printer and when I contacted IJT regarding the poor results from the colour cartridge I was given a long list of things to do to resolve this but it was less trouble to simply dump it.
Never again............
I shall buy branded products locally

Never Again - Complete And Utter Shower!
Well, totally baffled by any company that spends fortunes on advertising and emails me so regularly that I have set a 'junk' filter on their emails.
Having said that I was lulled into ordering some toner cartridges from them during a 'Special Offer' period that came to my attention.
Ordered and paid for them expecting delivery within a reasonable time - say 3 to 5 working days.
No such luck!
Despite doing a company check on IJT Direct and seeing a Trading Address in Somerset it appears that the toner cartridges are supplied from Hungary and are not sent out as 1 order but sent individually one colour at a time. They claim this is so that the package will fit through a letterbox.
The accompanying paperwork clearly shows that the order is not processed as one order but each colour has a different fulfillment 'Batch Number'. I cannot begin to understand why this should be - other than the supplying 3rd party doesn't have stocks of all colours available at any one time.
Within the 3 to 5 days I received the first toner cartridge - yellow. Then a black and then a magenta. No sign of the cyan.
My first email sent via their 'Contact' system using their web page has not elicited a reply. Nor indeed has my second email given rise to a reply.
So, I telephoned them on their 0800 number and after a 5 minute wait was answered by a lady who told me they used Royal Mail for deliveries and I must wait for 15 working days as that was what Royal Mail rules stated. She was not rude she just didn't seem to give a 'tinker's cuss' and certainly there was no hint of an apology.
I cannot comment on the quality of the toner cartridges because I have not been able to complete the replacement of all 4 colours.
It seems I must wait for 15 working days before taking any further action and I am concerned that Royal Mail will deny responsibility for any item posted in Hungary etc.
After 15 days I shall spend a lot of time making people aware of the trading style of IJT Direct - which, for me - has been appalling!
All of this is at odds with the stated aims shown on their website:
‘We like to consider ourselves a rare commodity… a company with absolute commitment to fulfilling or exceeding some very simple business objectives…’
That'll be why they rate 1.4 out of 5 from almost 100 customers who have bothered to try to share their buying experience of dealing with this 'shower'.
I stand by every word I wrote.
Been dealing with them for years. They do a much better job than most large companies.
Unless you are going on about when they had just started I don't agree with you one bit.

Mcafee Security Code
I bought a code from them to protect my laptop. It didn't work so got on to McAfee to help. They just tried to tell me I had viruses on all my computers even ones they couldn't see and it would cost £60 to repair. Tried to contact IJT ignored my emails rang and they would not refund. Have now contacted Citizens Advice bureau hope to go to Trading Standards

Rubbish Products And Poor After Sales Service
Ordered two Canon CL513 colour cartridges neither of which worked. IJT advised me to stand upright in warm water and clean the contacts. This didn't' t resolve the problem but what a stupid thing to have to do! The products should work from the outset. Also IJT tried to shift the blame onto Canon drivers. What a rubbish company!!

Cheap Can Be Very Expensive At Ijt!!!
My sentiments exactly!
I bought an Epson printer from IJT. OR: Should I say "They "GAVE" me the printer on condition I purchased a "FEW" inks from them.
The few inks were in my case two years worth (The salesperson told me they would last for years if kept sealed)
I had problems from day one, in that the printer refused to recognise some of the ink-cartridges. I did complain to the company but decided that for the sake of a few inks, I didn't need the hassle I was getting so hung up. Eventually the machine rejected all the inks which were supplied with it.
I'm pretty laid back but I did think this a bit unfair, so I contacted IJT again. This time I spoke to a very polite young man, who agreed that this was not acceptable and put me through to a woman who was definitely not chosen for her charm or understanding.
"Out of date" she said."I don't care what the salesperson told you". There was no reasoning with the woman, so I wrote to the managing director.
Did that have any effect? "Not a Dinkum"!
Not wishing to get into a dog-fight with a company I consider to be unprincipled I used the only recourse open to me.
I voted with my feet and I won't be using any shoe-leather walking back.
At 71yrs of age I am still learning from my mistakes but I sincerely hope that others will learn from this one also.
I have a similar problem at the moment with IJT Direct with a 'free' Archos GBOOK that I got for buying extra cartridges & it is useless. I'm being treated like dirt for wanting the problem to be fixed and it sounds like I'm unfortunately dealing with the same horrible woman that you encountered. I told her I was going to create trouble for IJT, starting with going to Trading Standards , and she just wasn't bothered.
I'll be voting with my feet too if that's the way they treat a customer of many years.

Dishonest Traders - Better Buy From A Bloke Down The Pub!
The IJT "Our All New 64 Page Flaming Hot Sale" dated May 2014 makes no mention that they are selling "refurbished" (i.e.broken) products, their telephone staff admit this but say the website does. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
This company is dishonest and un-trustworthy, don't buy from them!
