Fabulous Initially.
After a while I dreaded trying to use it. The automatic tension ceased to exist.I have spent far too much on having this corrected but the problem always returned. I am about to throw it out and continue to use my non- sophisticated Jan me even though it cannot achieve the wonderful stitching and quilting that was a delight on my new Husqvarna.

I Bought A Husqvarna 870 Quilt And Have Had Nothin
I bought a Husqvarna 870 quilt and have had nothing but problems when free motion quilting. It misses stitches, the thread jumps out of the upper threader. Generally very disappointed for the the money paid. Would not recommend

We Have The 870 Quilt And After Its Year Check Up
we have the 870 quilt and after its year check up which took 6 weeks too get it returned it will not perform . thread will not stay in the upper pick up and it will not cut.thread. it has been a very up setting experience. we would not recomend a Husqvarna Viking to any one

I found this review not helpful because...the problem is with your service center. My machine is 4 years old, I have been sewing for 40+ years and my Husqvarna Vicking Designer II is a great machine, I wish I could afford one more so I could use one for regular sewing and one for embroidery only. I get the service in the same place I bought it 4 years ago and I have no problems at all, never have. For me my machine is 5 stars .
