No Garage But A 10x12 Shed And Needed A Little More Storage.

Did a lot of research online and purchased the product online through HD.I found it helpful downloading the instruction manual to study before it was delivered and viewing YouTube videos. Overall it was fairly easy to assemble but is definitely a 2 person job. Please follow the steps in order as they instruct!(My partner thought it would be easier to put the doors in after the the roof was put up,bad idea, had to disassemble/reassemble the front truss section so the doors would fit properly). So far I am satisfied with my purchase,if it makes it through a New England winter I will highly recommend.

Great Products But No Customer Service

Have a large shed and bench from Keter. A couple of years ago I asked for a spare part which was damaged. I emailed them and after paying for the item I received it within the week. But now I want another spare part emails are ignored and whenever you ring them (even at 9am) a recording comes on saying there will be a 30minute wait!

Stop!!! Do Not Purchase!

Cheaply made. Awful customer service. The company is shady.

I purchased a 10x8 Keter resin shed at the beginning of January 2017. After spending several hours assembling the shed when I finally put on the doors, they didn’t line up. I have been in contact with the company, at least, 20 times since then over the course of 4 months via phone and email. I confirmed that the shed was on a level surface, but the door still wouldn’t line up. I 3 people at the company. I did everything they suggested, and came to the conclusion that it is a faulty product. I have been going back & forth with customer service for several months doing everything she suggested to resolve, but it is having the same issue. On 5 different occasions they asked me to send pictures, which I have patiently provided, but now they are asking me to send pictures that I already sent in the past. I have already sent 20+ pictures from every angle. I am convinced that they are purposely extending this issue and making it difficult to resolve in the hopes that I abandon my attempt at resolution. I have barely been able to use my $750 shed since I purchased around the new year. The company isn't willing to resolve this issue, and now I cannot return to Home Depot because it has been more than 30 days. I requested partial cash back for the product due to the fact that the shed is not secure from weather elements and very flimsy. This was refused by my emails & calls being ignored since 4/9/2017.

FYI - I assembled the shed exactly to the instructions. Base is 100% level

Product is just junk

** The shed is flimsy. Cheap materials. Poor customer service.

Save yourself time, money (in the long run), & unneeded stress and buy a better shed.

Fab Shed.

Got the 11x8ft keter shed. So easy to put together. Good tip I read somewhere that was brilliant - use silicon lubricant on joins, especially roof - helps slide parts into place a dream. Only £700 at Costco - everywhere else up to few hundred pounds more expensive. Bargain.

Keter Shed - Poor Reliability

I purchased a Keter 8 x 6 shed from B&Q in May 2013. Followed the instructions when putting it up to the letter and all was well.

Strong winds in November blew half the roof off, but Keter supplied replacement parts FOC.

During gale force winds last night (12th Feb 2014), it disintigrated. Keters response was that it was an Insurance claim as I should not expect it to stand up to exteme weather.

So, I have a 9 month old plastic shed in bits and a 18 year old wooden shed 10 feet away from it that survived unscathed.

If you want a shed that will survive high winds, or is exposed in any way, DO NOT BUY A KETER- you are wasting your money.

I got my mum a keter shed, brilliant shed, everybody that came into the garden use to say (i like your shed), easy to put up, easy to look after.

When i get my shed it will be a keter

After further correspondence with Keter, they informed me that it is designed to stand up to UK weather. I asked for the tests to show this and they replied that it is designed to stand up to wind speeds of 75kph (47mph).

In the UK we frequently have wind in excess of 50mph, so the statement that it stands up to UK weather is very misleading and unless you live in a sheltered hollow is in fact incorrect.

A collapsed shed leaves everything inside open to the elements, damage and somewhere is needed to store things until the problem is resolved.

Research shows that Keter products exposed to the weather frequently break, but it depends on the extent of the damage as to what they will supply

I would strongly urge you not to buy Keter outdoor products, or risk the consequences.
