The staff at the The Bay Health And Fitness Club are extremely friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Also they have a great range of techno equipment and an excellent free weights area, which never gets crowded.
There is a good variety of classes, I have been to most and all are fun and energising. Also has a car park.
I got a really good deal when I signed up and have recommended the gym to many of my friends.
Great place to train, I have made loads of progress since joining last summer.
