I have been coming here for over a year now and must say the level of service is top quality - much better than any other gym I've been to in Carlisle. The sessions are just 20 minutes long and very enjoyable (I lost 15lbs in 5 weeks). The staff have a fantastic attitude, are friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about for a change. The gym is very clean and very well kept. I really enjoy coming here and encourage you to try it to - it is definitely very good value for money.

This new gym in Carlisle is really something special. The staff are always there right next to you when you workout. The sessions are really short but fun and effective. The facilities are really nice and well kept. It is a small family run business and yet they have created a really relaxed, informal place to workout that competes with any of the big chains! Love it!
