Instant Abs

I have used this and yes i think it is quite good thanks.

It is fun and easy to use and it is helping me get more fit which is nice as i dont want to have to pay through the nose to go to the gym!

I brought Instant Abs 2004 and is the best item I've ever brought. I use it every morning for 3 minutes while waiting for the kettle to boil..and workout any time through out the day. Its so easy to use and you can eventually put weights on it which helps to tone the abs. You will get that toned and six pack but, you have to continue to use the machine, no good putting it away.. Also I can say it helps with lower back problems too it keeps your joint moving and you mobile.

Instant ab is a must, brought my machine 5 years ago and still using it. Best thing about it you can use it any time of day. 10 minutes in the morning before you get off to work make you feel good! Gives you the perfect flat tummy, good for your inner and outer thight to, also works your arms to.. ladies go and buy one!!!!

I got this about 5 years ago and it's still going strong and works great. No complaints at all. Love it.

You can use Instant Abs even if you are very unfit, which isn't the case with more expensive abbs machines.

You can build up from ten minutes a day to an hour in a matter of weeks.

You feel that you have had a workout after using it.

It's a pity it doesn't come with weight's that you can fit to the bottom.

It's a grand piece of equipment, I wouldn't be without it.
