Windsor Leisure Centre

I came to the leisure centre with my mum.because I was looking for a short-term membership to swimming pool for my mother.

Lucky I met Madalena this day!

She was very helpful, very friendly and told us everything about memebership option.

We found the right one!

Absolutely disgusting place. People were snotting in the pool and my son and his friend found Nitrous oxide canisters floating in the water. When confronting the General Manager he confirmed that he had also found them in the changing rooms and this is a problem they have. The General Manager then became defensive because I had complained how terrible it was. Unbelievable, there are all young toddlers in that pool as well as older children/adults imagine one of these small children had put this in their mouth. And it was Full unused. I was appalled. Worst than terrible. It was filthy and overcrowded, although I am sure they comply with capacity regulations, my guess is if anything went seriously wrong here they would be inadequate to deal with it. The water looked rank and the changing area and seating area's are a disgrace. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Dirty unclean filthy mess that should be shut down. Either do a refurbishment or shut it down. Tiles old and filthy, pool tiles sharp and you hurt your feet and murky water. Things full of rust..it's a disgrace you go in and you feel dirty. Unclean toilets. Lockers with no numbers on keys..you could go on and on, how they have the cheek to charge for this is beyond me!! Windsor council you should be ashamed to let people through the doors to this appalling mess. Also the wires on the shoots to me don't look safe and the water going down the filthy drains in the Jacuzzis looks vile!!!

Where do I start! Three nappies in family changing room, green mouldy shower curtains, poo on wall in changing room, pee on floor, my towel landed in it, I binned it and went home damp. Pool tiles fallen off, water murky, non slip stuff all cracked up so its no longer non slip, son cut his foot on missing tile.

Will never go there again, this truly is not an exaggeration, I reported it to the duty manager who admitted there were problems and he witnessed all but the poo, but he said he was going to check it out, disgusting, should be shut down. Gross

Have just returned from the leisure pool and I will NEVER return!

I've had the aqua aerobics instuctor shout get out at my 2year old for entering the pool 2mins early and when I realised we were early I stayed on steps till the last minute of the class was over.

The instructor then stared at me and my 2 year old with her hands on hips with a angry face .

I asked her if she had something to say and was she started shouting at when I asked her name to make a complaint about her aggressive behaviour she said no and turned her back on me and started to shout about me and my daughter to other members of staff.

I've made a complaint to manager in shift and they are looking at the camera so I hope she gets dealt with.the staff are awful here , will be telling everyone about my bad experience today and it ruined my 2 years old day after telling her we were going somewhere fun.

No member of staff should ever shout at a 2 year old and be aggressive to a customer.

I work in customer service and never known any staff to have such a bad attitude and other customers were shocked and her shouting and walking off is a big no no in this industry

Am ringing there area manager to take it further , hope she gets sacked.

I've been going to this gym on and off for around 7 years now. By and large it's been a pleasant place to go, busy in the evenings and in tourist season (avoid the pool on weekends. The Spa is nice but sometimes a bit dirty. The gym is good and the pools are great when it's quiet. The lanes are good for a workout, and the leisure pool is a good laugh, it's fun diving at the deep end.

The staff have no character or apparent interest in anything. They are monotone, unhappy, uncaring robots, with the exception of one or two. The front desk staff are particularly rude and unhelpful, and seem to deliberately show that they don't care if you have an issue.

It's a good leisure centre, but the staff are letting the place down. If they were more charismatic and and made the effort to even pretend that they want to help, this would be five stars.

And the phone is never, ever picked up.

An extremely rude receptionist lets down the centre and puts me in a bad mood.. Other than that, the sauna and steam room should be avoided and should come with a health warning!!

Took my son for a swim. Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful - Vicky her name was. I've came across her before - same attitude and she STILL works there? I can only imagine how many complaints she gets on daily basis. I don't understand why work on reception if is she clearly hates everyone and everything! Stay away from the witch !!!!!

The instructors and trainers are fantastic! The pool and gym are generally good... But the entire place is let down by the unashamedly rude and unhelpful front desk staff - be warned!!

Im not usually a review writer, but in this instance I feel the need !! My daughter and I had to plan a leaving party for her and her friends as we are soon due to emigrate ! She had goodled things to do and Windsor leisure centre had appealed!

On reading the other reviews, I admit I was scared !! I wanted to cancel and go somewhere else but she was adamant! She is almost 10 after all!!!!!

So I thought really how bad can it be????

On entering there were 3 glamourously presented receptionist all with wide smiles!! The receptionist I spoke to answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful with a lovely manor! Not at all like the reviews! On entering the pool it was very clean and well presented( it was 10 on a Sunday) .

The 5 girls had an amazing time! I actually can't fault it! It did exactly what it said on the Tin! And definitely a great touch was the Pro photos you can get! The girls had to get permission for the photo, also another tick in my book! And the photo of them all was beautiful! After the session, (I actually paid for 2 as an hour and a half wasn't long enough!! ) we went it the cafe again nice staff ok food for what it was but we had empty plates after!! Another tick!!!!

I think Wundsor leisure pool has definitely smartened up since the terrible reviews!!!

All in all a great day and I had 5 very happy 10 year olds!!! :)
