Transpak Figure Hockey and Roller Skate Bags

I love this bag because it's a clever design and it's a backpack for carrying my skates.

However, I think the bag quality is poor compared with that of ordinary backpacks and computer backpacks at this sort of price.

I will continue using this bag because I haven't found anything better. However, there's definitely an opening in the market for an improvement on this model.

The Transpak skate bag looks really nice, and comes in several different colours and two different sizes (one for figure skates, and one for hockey and roller skates). It can take a while to get used to this bag, as the skates fit in the side pockets in a side ways upside down position that can take a while to master. The bags are quite expensive, however it is worth the money as it is much easier to carry these than the traditional one shoulder skate bag. The centre compartment can begin to smell when used for ice skating if left closed in between uses. The bag is surprisingly strong, and can carry pretty much any weight you can, and resists being torn amazingly well. The vented side pockets are great for letting skates dry out, without having to remove them from the bag, and is just generally a really easy bag to use.

Overall this bag is stylish and practical, with few downfalls that differ from every other skate bag out there. However the great things about this bag just keep coming.
