It is apple flavour and tastes lovely. It's not bitter or really sweet and the texture is just right. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it! Just ordered my second batch of these protein shots because they were perfect for me. They are so handy and you can have a few in your gym bag ready to go whenever you need them. Takes away the hassle of making a shake!

I love this stuff its not only great tasting! But it's the perfect way to load on protein when you're in a hurry. No mixing needed perfect for when you're out and about or have no time to mix up a shake.
