Fazer Firepower

Purchased Fazer trolley back in May 2020 and within two months the folding mechanism failed; took the trolley back to AG and they were good in exchanging the trolley immediately. Trolley worked fine until October 2021 when I was half way round the course when the steel leg sheared in half, I then had to drag the trolley and clubs back to the car park.

Again took trolley back to AG but they said it was now out of the guarantee period and therefore could not do anything to help.

Emailed customers services at American Golf and got a derisory email back saying my complaint had been resolved without telling me what the actual resolution was, they were basically going to be ignoring my email.

I would advise people to never buy any Fazer product as the quality is cheap and not up to standard. I would also like to say that the customer services of AG is pretty shocking.

Bought a Fazer push three wheel trolley last September. Within a month the brake had broken. I took the trolley back and exchanged for the same model. A few weeks later the main trolley handle sheared off completely. I took this trolley back to the shop and this time bought a more expensive Fazer trolley model but just a couple of weeks ago that trolleys brake broke as well. THE morale of my experience is avoid buying a Fazer three wheeler golf trolley at all costs. Their trolley braking system is just utter garbage...

Couldn't believe it, went to the golf shop because I was bored at lunchtime and just picked up to see what the difference was between cheap and expensive. The shop has a range so tried this and 3 woods from Wilson (which makes up most of my bag), Calloway (who made the overpriced driver I carry about but can't use!)and Ping. Picked this Fazer Firepower up and got better distance than any of the "proper" brands and could shape right and left straight away - people have always said bits of wisdom like "sometimes you just pick a club up and it works for you" and I have always smirked - I am still stunned!!!!

I have used the Faxer Firepower recently and it is cheap and I found it hard to catch the ball just right. I cannot recommend this one and would say to go for a for a more expensive fairway wood, you will get better quality from it.

Big headed driver with carbon shaft, for less than 15 squid !

Great value for money, i really like the Fazer Firepower, its a great fairway wood and I tried a lot before deciding on this. For the money you will not find a better wood.
