I Recently Bought A Brand New Golf Cruiser .it Was

i recently bought a brand new golf cruiser .it was purchased from CALGARY JUST, A MASSIVE COMPANY! by a man in Oldham.

he couldn't use it because of difficulties getting it to the golf course.

i bought it and took it home to SCOTLAND .

the first time on the course ,it behaved perfectly for nine holes and then died.

after a lot of swearing and shaking of wires, it started again.a cover on the accelerator twist grip had fallen off and i could see wires that looked as if they had been assembled and soldered by a child.however, it was working. the next day it did the whole course without mishap.

the next time out, nothing worked and since the power indicator did not light up i assumed, correctly, that the problem was the twist grip.

the began the long saga of trying to get help from CALGARY JUST.

APPARENTLY THERE IS NO WIRING DIAGRAM for these machines,so i couldn't repair the wiring.a new twist grip costs £40, but as a gesture of good will,

CALGARY JUST offered to supply me with a second hand grip for £30,isnt that generous.

Ladder Rack Tightly. According To My Calculations

Ladder Rack tightly. According to my calculations from P = UI so battery power is about 1.4 KWH. Load with 4 AH 230 V and you will get out around 0.9 KWH and charge you for 8 hours are needed just about 0.2 KWH average. It is more than enough.

I have also tried running times and I can handle at least 36 holes, usually 54 holes. Equal to engine power, it is fairly high power.

In the case of engine, shock absorbers and bearings so they appear to be good and I have tested with hard-driving in forest.

It sounds like it might be differents producer or series, we tried. The dimensions are 165 * 85 and height of the handlebar 96 cm.

I'm really pleased and think it is a 5 star product.

Product is Golfcruiser, Golf Cruiser and golftrike.

Cosmetically It Looks Good But From An Engineering

Cosmetically it looks good but from an engineering assessment review it rates very poorly. Having spent many hours working on 3 of these Golf Cruiser Buggys I find the mechanics and components used typicaly cheap and cheerful. Batteries fitted poor quality unable to supply sufficient power to cover a standard 18 hole course. Poor adjustment on the chain. Weak wheel bearings, inadequate charger (4Ahr) to charge 6 x 20Ahr batteries.Small in size for European or American useage, underpowered motor.Gets mechanically noisy after a little use.
