Airwalk The One

I have worn airwalk shoes since my youth in the early nineties. They were always comfortable, durable, stylish, suede, with vulcanized stitched soles. Very good quality shoes. I wouldn't wear any other brand of shoe in the nineties. Now they are very hard to find, they are in very limited supply and very limited sizes. The current Re releases are just as great and amazing as the shoes i remember and wore religiously in my youth. I swore by them then and I love my new pair now. I just wished they were easy to find at many shoe retailers with all the old classic styles and colors available in a wide range of sizes like they used to be. Yes they cost a lot more now than they used to and people are complaining about that fact. I wish they were the price they used to be, but if they would just go back into mass producing all of those great shoes i remember wearing, I'd gladly pay the cost they are asking and i would own a pair until the day i die! I still wouldn't consider any other shoe company over airwalk!

After cleaning out some old boxes, I found a pair of kinda worn-out Airwlak One's. I started wearing them right away and it brought back memories. I always worn them when I was still playing in a band. Man did I adore those shoes. I don't know how many pairs I had, but the ones I am wearing now are the last ones I have for sure. That's why I checked the internet to find a new pair. I found a lot of reactions of people who adore the shoes as much as I do, but not one pair for sale. Why doesn't Airwalk restart the production of these amazing shoes? It sounds like easy money for them, and a dream come true for fanboys (and girls) like myself. Airwlak One's simply rock.

Oh! I miss those shoes.

After hunting for the past 3 years, I have just purchased a pair of 'Airwalk The One' shoes through EBay. However these are made of canvas and look as though Airwalk are trying to compete with the Converse style. My last pair, purchased 10 years ago, are made of suade. The new ones are great, but I notice that the front is a little narrower than the old suade pair I have, which takes away a little of the comfort as I have wide feet. Again, I wonder if Airwalk are trying to move into the Converse market? The question I have is; are these latest canvas 'Airwalk The One's something new that Airwalk is now selling, although I cant find them on the Airwalk website site? I have e-mailed Airwalk asking them to PLEEAASSEEE!!! remake the original One's' but they never replied. A shame because they are extremely stylie, confortable and timeless - as you would know if you have ever owned a pair. Additionally, they still appear to be extremely popular as they are getting top dollars on EBay - albeit the old models that people have kept waiting until now to cash in. There is potential for Airwalk to make some good money and I would suggest they are missing out on a market oppertunity.

The best shoes I have ever owned

I bought Airwalk The One skate shoes years ago, and I still wear them to this day! The only pair of shoes that I've had, that were better, were my Steve Berra 2's from DVS.

Is the best shoes that I'have bought in My life. Does anyone know where is possible to buy form cause I cant find any pairs??

I love these shoes.....i have 3 pair of airwalk on and also the gamble i believe. had them for over ten years. airwalk needs to go back and do what they do best....the airwalk one.

I bought this Airwalk The One skate shoe for 20 bucks and loved it. for one they had my size. second, the price was great. lastly, the comfort cannot be beat for that price. I've bought shoes that were 3 and 4 times that amount that looked alright but the comfort was no where near as good as this one. the style is also great and simple, which i really like. I'd buy these same shoes every time if i could, but i cannot find any place that sells this model anymore. please put this model back on the market. it is the best shoe for kicks and for skating.

Recommended! I'd say ...everything. They're super comfortable, durable, strong, can be washed. The price here in Europe is way higher than in the US, but still they're worth it.
