My son pre ordered a funk rocker BMX on 15 Dec ''13. It was due to be dispatched w/c 13 Jan '14. I received an email as soon as they knew it was going to be delayed (due to manufacturer) and offered me a full refund if I wasn't prepared to wait. Next date was w/c 10 Feb '14. I received an email when the order was dispatched and received our order 14 Feb '14. Excellent service and contact throughout. Would high recommend and would definitely use again!!!

This company saved my Xmas. We couldn't get a mini rocker funk anywhere. They are like the holy grail.

I ordered the bike a while ago and was promised it before Xmas it came on the 11 of December via excellent courier service and in perfect boxed condition.

These bikes are what every kid is after this Xmas and I know a lot of people who have been given false promises and are still waiting for their rocker bikes. I'm just really pleased I went to Snow&sun.

I ordered a rocker for my son and we were told it would be here either the friday or monday,Rang up on monday and they said there sending it out tomorrow,Then i got a message then next day saying they dont have any now,Now my son has to wait for his Birthday present
