I Think Because Brighton Are Currently At The With
I think because brighton are currently at the Withdean stadium they wont move out of league 1 until the new stadium at falmer is built then we will be able to attract good players. There is parking and a pub on sight and right next to preston park rail station. I think the ground is very small though.
