Sales Marketing

I had a CFD account, trading along side a broker. I have spent years trading and making money by myself. However, this went wrong very quickly and against my better judgement I listened to the broker rather than myself. Unfortunately I closed my trades with a heavy loss. My fault and I take total responsibility.

At the same time over a course of a few years I also bought physical shares (6), all of which were brought to me. All but one failed, the one that didn't, I took control of.

During this time with them I lost tens of thousands, however shares that I trade by myself in another account, I made nearly double.

Even now I still get calls, trying to sell me a share here and there.

Big mistake.

Exactly the same has happened to me with shares. I am making a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

Very Limited Range Of Funds, Etfs

Tried to buy some crude oil like BRNT, CRUD, XCT9 etc. I could find data, even historic charts on their website, but when I went on to dealing, I got "No results found" message all the time. Quite annoyed, I signed up for their online chat. After an hour of waiting, somebody offered that commodities quoted in USD are not tradeable on their website. So, what is the point of displaying data of funds you can't buy? Besides, LCOG and OILL are in GBP and they caused "No results found" message, too. Told'em to close my account.
