Go Clever Tablet

First tablet I have bought. Completely failed, lost all information, complete unit replaced under warranty. New unit will not connect via Bluetooth to key board (given up with that) will not connect to the internet via GoClever dongle. Requested help from GoClever but they have not responded at all, no need to, they already have my money. This has been the biggest waste of time/money I have ever made in the computer world, these units simply do not work, no help from the manufacturer when requested, my advice is DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER there are better makes out there, in fact anything that works at all will be better.

I bought a Go Clever Tablet !^/06/13, with a two year warranty. In the following five months, two of which I have had no internet, I have had THREE tablets die. Perhaps you think, as I do , that its not unreasonable to request a refund? If so then you are as innocent as I, for this is not the Ideal way. Their way is too ignore the last two requests for such a refund, and think that it's acceptable for me to return the first machine at my own cost, send me a return sticker for the second machine, and an instruction to print off a third return sticker, at my cost.

I am now sat in a public library, printing off a third return slip, because the Tablet that has so far cost me over £100, will not work.

The call centre was woeful, email customer service is ongoing, but I doubt this will end well. In contact with Trading Standards, now as I feel that the merchantise and service fall way short of acceptable.

I will never buy from this channel again and would ask others to learn from my mistake.
