The Paris tour was excellent! There were 3 elderly people who complained about anything and everything throughout the tour. The guide handled the situation professionally and maintained her sense of humor throughout. It was a fun day! I would recommend to anyone who would like to get a real taste of Paris in one day.

This was supposed to be my 8 year old twins' first trip overseas and they had their hearts set on seeing the Harry Potter studio. Unfortunately, tickets directly from the studio were sold out, so I paid almost $400 US to book with Premium Tours for one adult and two kids.

Every other company on the planet is working with their customers to make exceptions for plans cancelled due to the coronaviurs.

As soon as I learned our trip was cancelled, I contacted Premium Tours so that perhaps they could resell our tickets. They said had I called them 3 days earlier, they could have helped - no problem.

Now, we can't even get to London (flights have been suspended), WB Harry Potter Studio is closed through early April and Premium Tours refuses to issue us a refund. Yes - we can rebook our tickets in the next 12 months, but who knows when we will get there?

DO NOT BOOK WITH PREMIUM TOURS - ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR $$$$$!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD!!! DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY. THEY OFTEN LEAVE CUSTOMERS BEHIND!!!!! They didn't even want to check twice even three times the number of people, and then just let the customer behind and didn't want to be responsible for this! DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY'S TOUR!!!!! Very Well Organized from begining to end. My one day tour to PARIS with premium tours was an absolute success.All was provided from what was advertised in the website.My tour date was third of march 2018 to paris one day trip from London.Also my special appreciation and thanks and good wishes to the tour guide. She was the star of the day as without her the tour had not been a "WOW" experience.She was very helpful and polite with all of us.Overall 9/9 to premium tours from begining to end.This would not have been so well from any other tour operator and it was in a very simple way. Thanks premium tour.Will recommend to all of my friends.. Keep it up!

They are amazing drivers and he was an amazing guide!! All were super nice and made the trip super fun!!! Yeah the Harry Potter studio tour was absolutely worth every second and the Stonehenge, bath, Windsor castle and lacock tour was amazing as well! Definitely must do these!!!

My husband and I took the Leeds Castle, Canterbury, Dover and Greenwich tour with them on May 1, 2017. We specifically picked this tour operator because it was longer in length of time and offered the Thames River cruise back to London. For the most part, we enjoyed the attractions. However, it could be better with some minor adjustments. We had adequate time to explore Leeds Castle and see the church in Canterbury and have a quick lunch. Dover was not impressive because it was a 5-minute or less stop and quite a distance away with a lot of construction equipment ruining the view. Our main problem was with the guide during our time in Canterbury and Greenwich. She was personable and very knowledgeable. However . . . she walked extremely fast and didn't keep an eye on her tour people. Some people (including us) fell up to two blocks behind and we are not slow walkers with impairments. It was unnerving to be in Canterbury not knowing the layout of the city and losing sight of the guide. She never looked back to be sure everyone was with her. By the time she stopped and we caught up, the commentary was either over or close to over. One person had a bad knee and another had asthma and I could tell they were extremely unhappy. At times when we did hear part of the commentary, she was talking too low to reach the entire group. I understand tours are under great time constraints to fit everything in. However, Dover could possibly be eliminated. Also, more than enough time was provided for the church and lunch in Canterbury. She could have walked a little slower. The walk through Greenwich was extremely fast only to get to the boat and have to wait for almost 20 minutes because we were early. Forget about taking pictures of some of the sights in Greenwich because you either had to walk fast or run to keep up. A LOT of walking was involved (miles) during this tour. I think the tour operator should warn people of that and the pace of walking required.

We had a great time. Guide and driver provided good services. Enjoyed the introduction, both informative and interesting. Learned a lot about the history on the way.

In addition, want to thank the staff at Premium Tours. I left my phone on the bus when the tour ended. I called back around 8 PM that day. The staff at the phone was very professional and patient with me. She contacted the driver immediately, and he found the phone quickly. The arrangement was made for me to pick up my phone the next morning at the coach station. All of this was arranged via one phone call. I really appreciated that. Want to say "thank you" to driver, staff, and the lady who talked with me on the phone.

We went on the Leeds, Canterbury, Dover, Greenwich tour today. Having been on several tours with different companies in the past month we just wanted to thank our tour guide today, she is by far the best we have had. She was cheerful, very helpful, very informative & made the trip a pleasure. Nothing was a problem for her & she interracted with all of us in the group on a one on basis all during the trip. Thanks for a great experience!

My wife and I booked a trip with Premium to Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge thinking it would be easier considering we had our 15 month daughter with us. Boy were we wrong.

At the first stop the tour guid left us at the bus and was no were to be found. As we made our way to the entrance of the castle we were asked for our tickets. As the tour guide failed to hand out the tickets we had no choice but to pay.

After exploring the castle we made our way back to the bus. We found the guided and asked what the appropriate protocol was. She immediately got defensive and bombarded us with questions, "why didn't to find me in the que", "why did you listen to the castle staff", etc. She offered to call Premium and make up a story that our baby had an emergency to get us a refund. I didn't like the idea because it wasn't true but said ok. She came back after talkingnand said they would not refund us for the Windsor Castle admission that we paid twice for.

After emailing customer service they also refused to refund us for the amount they charged us for the entrance.

Had we taken public transportation we could have saved money and not have to worry about being abandoned and charged for a ticket that was unusable.

In highly recommend not using this company and having the confidence to see these sights with out them.

I took trip 79 on 29 May 17. The trip started well in time. We reached the castle early and had to wait in the queue for about forty five minutes. Even then we were given just about forty minutes to see the castle which was largely insufficient. Although the guide had told everyone to follow the timelines, there was a delay. Then came a sudden change in plan wherein we were informed that instead of Lacock we shall be served lunch at Stonehenge which resulted in us having to backtrack for about twenty minutes for food. This delay resulted in us not stopping at Lacock and then reaching bath at a time when both the bath and the chapel were closed. After having traveller so long, the fact that we could not see the ancient village of Lacock and bath, the entire trip experience was spoiled
