This company is a joke,I got a boiler fitted and it cost me over again to get it made safe.

I have doubts if this a properly qualified business.

I bought a groupon last year for a boiler service. A gas engineer turned up at the time booked and carried out the service. I also had an issue with my bathroom taps which he had a look at and fixed at the same... At no extra cost. Really happy with service and will use again.

I made a total of 5 appointments with this man to get my boiler checked. Each time he simply did not turn up - no phonecall and no explanation. I've had to take wasted time off work in order to be in for him. A simple phonecall from him early in the day would have remedied this. He does not answer calls but does call back once he has done 1471 - but only when he doesn't recognise the number as being from your property. He then claims each and every time - 'he was just in the door when the phone was ringing'. This man is extraordinarily unprofessional and downright rude. If his gas boiler checks are anything like is appointment keeping, I would't touch him with a barge pole.

Have called and called this company to arrange boiler service , they never turn up when they said, still waiting for return calls, shocking customer service!!!. do not use

Used this company after buying a groupon voucher, they carried out some work on the boiler which was overpriced when the same fault returned they did not turn up to repair it and were extremely rude!

I would not recommend this company and will never use them again!

I bought a Groupon voucher in Sep 2011 for this lot in Edinburgh to do a boiler service and made an appointment for Nov 2011. Nobody turned up and nobody answered their telephone. Currently trying to reclaim my money from Groupon but judging by other reports on the web, this looks unlikely.
